Too freaken small for what i and everyone waited a year for! No boxing bags, small green turf, small everything. The opening was the worst time cause it was overly packed. Now it's okay in some time frames but damn. Doesn't even have the …

I really have enjoyed my experience. I do like the pool and the jacuzzi. Except some people do not follow the rules and let their hair down.(gross) which I’ve seen a wad of hair. Overall, I do enjoy the cinema room to workout. I haven’t been able to join a group class but plan to soon. So many complaints about it being crowded. You’re going on the wrong days most likely and you just need to be more patient. I will not giveaway the days that I have no issues working out in peace. In all, I enjoy the atmosphere.Question- didn’t they say there was going to be a basketball court? I don’t recall seeing one.My only frustration is the paper towels running out so quickly. Do your job staff and re-fill them! Please and thank you!! Also, my membership when I signed up included towel service. ( NOT INCLUDED ) apparently you have to pay $10 extra.

BEWARE OF THIS GYM! I don't recommend getting a membership at all. No staff available, machines are old, the whole place is dirty and all they care about is money. The black is a joke. Planet fitness is worth the time and money.

Due to my current gym facility closing down I had to find another location that was near to my residence. Since I shop at Stater Brothers, probably two or three times a week, myself and my husband decided to check out EOS gym. I got to say, the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. Gabriel especially was extremely patient and thorough with his presentation of what the gym has to offer taking us everywhere throughout the gym, pointing out special benefits of the equipment and at the end of the tour, we were both convinced that this was the place for us. I look forward to attending the gym and reaping the benefits of what they offer. Thank you, Gabriel, you did a great job!

I am writing to express my frustration about the delayed opening of EOS Fitness Center. The gym was inaccessible for 6-7 months after I joined. Now, I am disappointed to find out that a refund is not possible due to a 4-month contract …

As mentioned by other members and/or former members, I too was bamboozled. The sales people prior to the gym opening promised many things in order to make a sale. I opened up my credit card statement and to my shock, found chargers for 4 annual fees, which included the monthly membership. As you can imagine, that was over $500 that I did not anticipate paying because I was told there would be no annual fee. I, unfortunately, signed up for personal training when I signed up myself and family members for the gym after falling for the sales pitch and wanted to get out of personal training given the insane amount I had paid for the annual fees. I spoke with the gal at the front desk who couldn't help me, so I decided to cancel two memberships on my account. I was about to cancel my own membership, but after being directed to the fitness manager, I was told that I was under contract for four months and needed to basically pay the gym for the personal training I had signed up for. I told her that I was not going to pay them due to their breach of contract but was told that I would be sent to collections. So now, despite my thinking that I was saving money coming to this gym, I am spending over $500 on personal training, aside from the ridiculous annual fee. And yes, this gym is nice because it's new and all. However, as others have mentioned, the pool isn't open and some equipment doesn't work. The gym is also always busy especially in the evenings during the week, not to mention that parking is atrocious. I would not recommend this gym unless they get their business practices together.

This place is beautiful don't get me wrong, but if you were to miss one payment they constantly call you all throughout the week with no breaks. I haven't been able to pay for the overly expensive annual fee due to a dog bite injury. I've been out of the gym for about a month now and haven't been able to pay for the 25 dollar late fees as well. They have no sympathy toward their customers that actually want to have a good workout. This place's policies are a joke.
