Sensei Berj is great! My boys have been participating for about a year and going strong. It’s a fun learning environment that still teaches basic respect, responsibility, and accountablity. I highly recommended!

Exceptional institution of self defense and personal fitness. The instructors are beyond knowledgeable a dedicated to their art. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting making it very easy to learn the lessons that have been customized and designed to fit the needs of a variety of students of all different ages, shapes, and sizes. It's been nothing short of a fantastic and uplifting experience.

Sensei Parseghian, is an amazing teacher. I’m so happy my son is a part of this... as a single mom, I struggle to play both mom and dad. Sensei P. I come to this awesome school the sensei, sensei Berj is very kind. This is the best place on EARTH. I highly recommend kids or adults to come here not just for karate but for cardio kickboxing and yoga.

Our whole family loves this place, were so glad we found it! The kids love karate class and mom and dad love cardio kickboxing, and yoga. Berj is the best, and everything is so affordable, it realy is great for us all.
