The Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 karate system is the best there is. This version of American Kenpo has combined Mr. Ed Parker's American Kenpo and adapted it to include the ground work that Jiu Jitsu is well known for.This world wide organization excels with teaching both children and adults self discipline, loyalty, honor, integrity, confidence, strength of mind and body.My family and I have been a part of this organization for the last four years, and the people have become family. Not since my military days have I found a camaraderie as strong as this.

We have been a Jeff Speakman Kenpo 5.0 for about 2 months and my kids love it! It has already started to help there self esteem and confidence I can't wait to see what they will learn over the next few months. On top of there amazing kids classes they offer yoga and kick boxing for adults!

I am so happy Sensei Berj brought Karate to West Whittier! In just the short time my boys have been participating, they have learned the importance of focus, goal-setting, and self-defense... all in a very fun learning environment. Highly recommended!

Sensei Berj teaches the children a great deal of discipline, manners, responsibility, and respect; much of which kids and adults lack of nowadays. He's very fair and equally as patient with all students. He's great with communication which is a big deal to me. My son's grades have improved since he started 2 months ago and his confidence is growing. Berj also sends weekly parenting advice- a bonus! I'm loving it, thank you!

10 stars all round!!!!My son Boghos and his 2 other friends started with Sensei Berj at the Armenian Community Center back 4 years ago and today they are lucky to call the New Studio in Whittier their new home along with tons of new children attending!My son has been taught self esteem, discipline, and the most important Respect!
