The training was fine, facilities was fine. BUT, I was wrongly charged for a month's training and asked for a refund. Never got it. It's been almost a full year now, I've spoken with the Management and Training Manager over a dozen times, "we'll look into it" "we'll get back to you" the only time they told me anything was a month later when I called and said "where's my refund?" Tbh i enjoyed coming here but I'll be damned if I give them another dollar for wasting so much of my time. GIVE ME MY DAMN REFUND!

Went to the gym this afternoon. Finished with my workout like normal tried to use the restroom before i left, sign outside, stating there was a woman janitor cleaning the restroom so that we (as men) couldn’t use because there was a woman inside cleaning the restroom .. sign stated that we were to stay out until she was done cleaning. It took more than 25 minutes, so I left and went to the restroom in the parking lot… Absolutely terrible business practice to practice in the middle of the day while the gym is somewhat crowded… Get a male janitor for this stop inconveniencing gym goers! I’m calling corporate.

Henry the manager lied about the training prices and terms. Overbilled me for $1600 on training, then tried to upsell me on membership? The trainers are good but management doesn't care about clients, terms are horrible and overpriced.

Came in yesterday, was in the neighborhood so I finally decided to stop by and trying to activate the free pass ufc gym offered me on their website, connected me to this location, walked in was greeted by Alberto, straight face at first, told him about my business, he typed my info into his computer, found out who and when I did my inquiries, took him a quick minute to warmed up to me, he showed me the gym, like a solid tour, showed me the nitrogen tank, and a unique way to recover (in a chamber fill with nitrogen, kind like a human drink cooler at first), alone with some hydro massage bed and some sleeves for your whole arms and legs, so a 3xl blood pressure measuring device but for your arms and legs, so they can squeeze your muscles to relax and relieve the pain. I got to say those devices are pretty unique! Then I saw the rest of the gym, over all pretty new, a lot of outdoor openings into the indoor gym, perhaps a invitation to the mosquitoes to come in, since the front door and side door is always open! I also seen the cleaning crew constantly at work, which is a pretty good sign, keeping up the maintenance, or just keep it clean. But things took a turn when we got back to the desk, where Alberto trying to sell me the membership without offering me the free pass first, he stated I can first join the gym then I will have 5 days to cancel, for any reasons, he also showed me the prices, but what I noticed was they jacked up the price, then they cut it back basically matched price on the ufc website, which is misleading, he also didn’t want to screw up the sells pitch, so he have to talk to his Asian manager for a while, then introduce him to me, so they can make their sells pitch 2 to 1. The last time I was in that situation was when I was in a pyramid scheme, 2 to 1 sales pitch! Or when I was in a car dealership, the sales man have to bring the sales manager in for the kill, 2 works on 1 sales pitch! Eventually Alberto have to hide behind the computer monitor, and watch the sales manager works his magic or eat up his own words! Anyhow the sales manager did offered me some more discounts, but only gives me like 1-2 free classes to see how I would take it, they even waved the initiation fees(no gym in 2023 charge that anymore, a annual fee for sure$69) I couldn’t join at the end if they can’t honor the free pass ufc offered on their website, Alberto was telling me I either pay $20 to work out or join them then cancel, I couldn’t do it because I can’t get sucker in first before I experience the gym for free first(advertised by ufc website), you have to give me the benefit of doubt before I buy the products! So make sure you get that clear up before you make a trip here, otherwise it will just be a waste of time!

Absolute trash! These employees are short-sighted about short-term profits that they are ruining any chance of expansion, market share, and capturing a wide group of customers. You see this with real multinationals with great customer service who will never and/or need to sell their brand to franchisees. I'm not all about white-collar corporate but some franchisees are just too small business and don't have that customer service skill and/or professionalism to appeal to everyone. With that their form letters and/or master templates are inferior seems like some old text system from the late 90's also as if some meathead did it. But what's worse these employees made me wait for two hours on a weekend. My goodness I would have been in a nicer place doing much more fun things instead of waiting for these employees! If you are the opposite of a meathead then you know that time is also an asset and these employees were the worse and their not even Equinox, Gold's Gym, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness or anything and UFC gym's competitors don't even do that's probably because they maintain professionalism and their global brand recognition NOT TO MENTION THEIR HUGE AMOUNT OF RETURNING CUSTOMERS THIS IS WHAT IS GOING TO SAVE IT JUST IN CASE OF HOSTILE TAKEOVER! Anyway, the next week Alberto call me and telling me to come in. What? Do they think my calendar revolve around them? Imagine paying to the parent company knowing a portion pay for their salaries. Yeah perhaps that's why there are so many 1 reviews here.It gets worse Saeid, the manager for this City of Industry franchise operations did a bait and switch. I lost time again, gas expense when gas is high, unnecessary wear and tear just to visit them. If I can go back in time, I would have never visited this Industry location or click to try this gym. Saeid asked me to pay first three times and would not let me work out this is such a bait and switch! But is the whole experience that is so painful and irreversible. Skip this gym as for self-defense get them somewhere else and keep the long-range self-defense open. This place is run like a small business, blue-collar street fighter like, nothing professional about them. Imagine trying to work out and learn about self defense and you have some street fighter trying to challenge you while you are paying their parent company and/or UFC employees inciting and provoking anger more like a hostile workplace that customers are paying for. Also, seems like too much soft-science street skills from blue-collar grapplers. Never would I visit and/or pay these employees. I don't think these employees know that clients boycott, short and/or buy puts of dying companies, invest and/or deliberately go to their direct competitors.City of Industry's UFC gym used card dealership like employees, what you say and do matters to clients!!!! Thanks for the nonprofessionalism, bad experience lost of time and money!DON'T WORRY IS BUSINESS TOO FOR ME!

All these people do here is lie and keep lying from the moment I step in their gym they got to lying. I've never in my life seen people con their way into trying to get more money out of people. They're worst then any car sale men. super unprofessional just the amount of greed and lying is just something I wasn't ready for and I was actually excited to join and do the classes and use there place of business but the lying and miscommunication/misleading to get more money out my account was just tasteless. just beware with these people at this gym, do your research cause employment here will take advantage of you! it your company lost losing membership and misguiding people who are just trying to better them self!
