How do they expect to get clients when the people that work there don’t have any respect and are kicking customers out I was trying to sing up but they said j need to be a member to come in but they don’t even give you a chance right away they start profiling and judging people walked away no respect

I love this place. Always kept clean. They have a lot of classes to offer. I go here for the Brazilian jiu-jitsu class once a week. Beginner friendly classes. I go lift here most of the time.

customer service lacking tremendously. no phone calls returned as literal weeks have gone by. tried to resolve with branch directly, but to no avail as management was "busy". simple communication, return a phone call or text would have easily avoided this 1 star. Everything else- equipment, classes, facilities, the vibe-all GREAT but after leaving a phone number and email with zero response and getting more answers from calling a neighboring branch, very disappointing. the only question I needed answered was when would I get my refund on my membership, and no "membership specialist" or manager could call/email me back.

I've been coming to this gym for over a year now and their really friendly. I really enjoyed their Zumba class and also appreciate how readily accessible the workout machines are.

Way better than the local gyms. I've been to the local LA Fitness, 24 hours fitness, and even the new Planet fitness. Those gyms are always too packed, have broken/old equipment or close early. This gym has new/better equipment, its less busy, and they're open longer. It's a little more pricey but worth it for the quality.

Do not get tricked into joining the Recovery Membership at this gym… IT IS A SCAM. I made the unfortunate mistake of falling for this trickery and was paying $71 monthly for what turned out to be mediocre services. I would make appointments and on multiple occasions I would be denied the services due to lack of resources. When I was able to have an appointment, I would show up and would not even be greeted. I would stand at the desk sometimes up to 20 min until someone would finally acknowledge me. I ended up canceling the service, received my cancellation document with the date of last payment. Once the last payment had been made I thought I was finally done but to my surprise I was also charged the following month as if I had never cancelled. I was told I would receive a refund and I’m still waiting on that. Save yourself this inconvenience and just don’t do it. The staff at this gym is in some serious need of revamping their customer service skills.

I've been training here since January 11, 2022. Throughout this time the gym has remained extremely clean. The staff has been beyond helpful specially Alberto and Fernando who sign me up and convince me that this would be the best interest for me. The trainers have remained professional and have continued to provide wisdom coupled with great workouts. UfC in the city of industry has provided me with more than I could've ever asked for. They have displayed immense value over the almost couple months that I've been training. I couldn't ask for a better environment, better training, or better people. At the end of the day UFC Gym City of industry is a family and it will always be that way. If you are intimidated by the brand or just beginning a new exercise program in general do not hesitate to give them a call.
