This place made me a fighter. And the atmosphere is by far the best. They work off anti bullying and the ppl are amazing !! The program especially their kids program is suburb!

I have three kids that have enjoyed classes there for two years now their self-confidence has been boosted dramatically. All Three of them have made improvements in every phase of life from school, home, leadership, basically just all-around better.

I love this gym! My children and I train here. It is a fantastic environment. Very positive welcoming gym culture. BJJ, Muythai, kickbox fitness, wrestling, and MMA classes all in one place for a great rate!

Great place to get in shape and learn some new skills! All the kids instructors are awesome. The Kids Jiu Jitsu program is a great way to do learn self defense and gain confidence. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a few gyms in NC but never felt like I found my “home” gym until I found Brunsons. Derek is down to earth and makes sure to put 1 on 1 time with you. Coach Dre is awesome too. Really Great staff, atmosphere and people that train here. In my opinion the best gym in NC.
