True to the name, Brandon truly has been a game changer. I limped into his office less than 3 weeks before my upcoming half marathon, hardly able to walk, let alone run due to an angry and swollen Achilles tendon and a very sore hip. He had me back on the road able to run within a week. I’m continuing to see him for treatment to address the underlying issues that led to both problems in the first place. With a combination of dry needling and at-home strength and mobility exercises, along with twice weekly participation in Change the Game’s Run Strong strength class, I am confident I will be better than new, able to finally say goodbye to the nagging injuries that have always plagued me. Brandon has not only treated my injuries but, more importantly, he continues to educate and equip me with the knowledge and tools I need to be able to avoid recurring problems down the road.

I took advantage of a special "Healthy Shoulder" voucher that CGPT offered on FB and my experience could only be described as 'game changing'. I suffer from a recent re-tear in my right rotator cuff that was surgically repaired 20 years or so ago. After the session with Grant Bishop last week, I was pain-free and absolutely on top of my game (Disc Golf) today. This group really knows what it is doing, from the science right into the game.

I am pleased to be working with Dr Grant Bishop at Change the Game. My goals are to play golf 1-2 times weekly pain free without meds. I am 70. Grant is engaged and supportive. He is easy to talk to and makes me want to stay engaged in my therapy even away from the CTG clinic. I look forward to achieving my goals and enjoying many more years of golf.

I've been a client of Ryan's for several years and recently began working with Grant. They have helped me with various issues stemming from work and working out: shoulders, neck, back, hip, and even an accidental hamstring strain with a slip and fall. They use various modalities to help each patient based on their individual assessment. They do what needs to be done to get you better, without stringing you along for months, with ineffective treatments. Anyone looking to improve either daily or sport performance should talk to them, and they will get you to your best self.

Working with Dr. Grant has been excellent. While targeting the shoulder issues that drove me to start doing physical therapy, he has been very supportive, and pushed me to get stronger as a whole. He is extremely knowledgeable, and is willing to share his knowledge so that you know why you are doing what you are doing. It has been great, and I would definitely return.

This is the best PT practice I have ever encountered in my 27 years as a competitive runner and athlete. I had an extremely frustrating injury that I could not get rid of, lasting almost a full year. I am in now in the late stage of the recovery process, but the injury is absolutely healing, my pain has significantly improved, and I am able to run again. Now Brandon is helping me to fully strengthen the affected muscles to be able to get back to running even faster and further!

I have been a Change The Game client for 2 years and in that time Ryan and Grant guided me through an extensive rehab from a sprained ankle. I am playing golf and running again without pain. The CTG team has helped my pickup 10 yards between irons and 30 yards off the tee with driver. My ankle is strong and I'm training to run a half marathon in October. I highly recommend the team at Change the Game!

I was referred to come see Grant from my Dad while I was briefly home for the summer and I absolutely loved the two sessions I had with him. I play college golf and have struggled for a long time with getting more club head speed, specifically with my driver. In just two sessions, I increased my club head speed by about 10 mph and am swinging faster than I ever have before. He also gave me some great speed and power workouts to do on my own while I’m away for the summer that are very similar to the kind of workouts I get from my strength trainers in college. If I were staying in Wilmington, I would have gone back to see him throughout the summer leading up to my fall season. I definitely recommend seeing Grant if you are a golfer or any kind of athlete that is looking to get more speed and power!

Change The Game has been a tremendous game changer that has improved my golf fitness. Their approach is tailored to my specific circumstances based on a thorough exam. Flexibility in all areas have improved dramatically. Additionally, strength has improved. The end result is a more enjoyable golf experience with less injuries and pain and overall better performance. I highly recommend Dr Grant Bishop as they are absolutely the best.
