Love this gym and everyone that works there! Everyone always has a positive attitude and they truly care about you and your fitness goals. Love that they offer so many classes at different levels to meet your specific needs! They are part of my daily routine and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Blown away by the experience.It was my first time taking a class at this studio. I moved from LA, to Wilmington almost 4 years ago now. I haven’t found a studio in Wilmington that could deliver the experience that many studios in LA could deliver. Until now…This is the place.Macy’s class was incredible, she led as a gentle, but fierce warrior.Great energyEverything was on point.Look no further.

This is an awesome training facility, and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. The trainers here are top notch and will absolutely give you a great workout no matter your skill level. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

I joined Emotion back in August and it has completely changed my life. Both mentally and physically. I have always struggled finding a work out routine that I enjoyed and stayed consistent. At Emotion everyone is so kind and I am always welcomed with a smile. They know you by name from the very beginning and I am so thankful that I am apart of such an awesome, healthy family.
