Great facility. Terrible company. They close whenever they want. Kid care is limited and can mess up your plans for the gym that day. We were promised classes and they don’t have anywhere near the offerings of O2 fitness.Beware of equipment fees because we weren’t aware and they just charge it to you randomly without telling you. Having an unplanned $140 leave your account will mess up your budget. They reminded us of it after it was taken out of our bank accounts. We had a debit card expire one month and they charged both my wife and I late fees. They wouldn’t waive them even though we have paid on time, the other months we have have been going. Even Sears credit card company would waive a late fee with an account in good standing, so a credit card company has better customer experience than Fit 4 Life.Too many negatives with this gym to give it anything higher than a 1 star. We will not be renewing our contract. Don’t be fooled by the fancy equipment. This company doesn’t care about you, just taking your money.

After ups and downs of an old manager I finally was able to work through with the new manager some of my problems. Very welcoming guy and now I think i can feel comfortable coming back here againEdit: alright back to square one. After being told they would help me figure out the money getting taken out of my account even though I don’t have a trainer and nobody was getting up with me to train me because they didn’t have a female trainer available ($500 later) nobody has gotten back to me. This has now been about a 5 month thing. Let me just say, if you prefer a female trainer, do not sign up for training because they will take money out of your account and not actively work with you to get you with someone and then basically screw you over.

Absolutely disgusted with how this place has handled my cancellation after receiving active duty deployment orders.I was a member here between 2022 and 2023 with a month-to-month membership which “could be cancelled at any time for any reason”, until Feb 2023 when I received orders to deploy. I handed a hard certified copy of my orders to one of their front desk attendants, who said it would be taken care of. I deployed three days after and obviously never went back. Now on July 2023, a balance of over $400 is showing on my credit report from a third party collection agency who is attempting to collect a debt on behalf of Fit4life’s payment processing firm - Peek Payment Solutions.I’ve been in contact with all parties involved including management from this place and not a damn thing has been done. My perfect credit score has been ruined due to negligence and complete lack of training on this gym’s staff. At this point my only available avenue is to file a lawsuit against them. Update to follow.Notwithstanding the above, don’t waste your money in this place. 90% of their members are disrespectful high school kids who are constantly on your way and taking up equipment while on their cell phones or taking videos. The place is filthy from one end to the other, with disgusting bathrooms and balls of hair and dust all throughout the gym floor. My wife and I were members for just about a year and were there every single day at different hours. Not once did we see their staff clean a damn thing. They all hang out at the front on their phones completely careless of their surroundings. What an awful experience which unfortunately did not end on my last visit here.

One of the best and friendliest gyms I’ve been apart of . Been a member for 3 years . The gym is absolutely huge and I rarely have to wait for machines. The sauna is lovely and kids care completely saves my bank with babysitting costs . Victoria and Sydney at the front are amazing and so are eager to help in any way possible.

Gym was absolutely amazing, loved working out in the gym. But you better stay in the area. I had to move away for work, and I called the gym to cancel my membership, I was told that they don't cancel memberships "in house"...? Weird considering, I was able to get a membership in house, they told me where to go via a website, that has no number or anything just a comment box and a button to submit the request. Well after asking to have my membership cancelled, days later finally got an email back. Asking for proof of move, all documents that they would accept are private documents that no one should be sending out to some random company. Needless to say, I have now been trying to cancel my membership for 2 weeks, still in the process. It's worse than buying a house.

Honestly could not ask for a better Gym! My experience has been fabulous so far and I strictly only go to classes specifically Christina Hoffman’s classes! She is a fabulous instructor and makes you want to attend classes from Upper Body blast, Dance to fit and Kickboxing you definitely get a great workout while having fun doing it!

My husband and I were excited to join this gym - looking forward to the shiny new facility & equipment, childcare, and group classes. The salesperson we initially signed up with was friendly and assured us they “cared about us” and our goals and viewed us as “family.”Quickly however, the gym started being closed at random times, childcare would be closed last minute, and classes took forever to start. When the classes started, I enjoyed them but the instructors were frustrated with not having the equipment they needed. It was obvious they weren’t supported the way they needed. I found later that the pay and for their personal trainers is horrible and that most of them aren’t even certified. But the real bummer was when we had a legitimate personal family issue that severely hindered our use of the gym facilities. We realize we signed a contract but hoped they would follow through on their promise to “care for the community” when we approached them about ending our memberships. We were given a very cold shoulder and a “well you signed this contract so too bad,” answer.Lastly, when the credit card they had on file expired and we got a notification about it, we called them immediately to remedy the issue but were still charged $20 each because there was an issue with our payment. They refused to remove it and said, “if you would have came in person we could remove it but since you called there’s nothing we can do.” It took 4 phone calls to finally get our correct payment method on file and have them actually process it so we would stop getting notifications. This is a cut throat business that only cares about getting you to sign the dotted line so they can get your $. Run far away - there’s other gyms that do legitimately care for their members in town.If they care to make this right by us and allow us to end our contracts, I’ll update this review.

This location has plenty of elbow room for completing workouts without being overly cramped for space. They have plenty of squat racks and equipment. The locker rooms here are kept clean which is not the case in other locations. This gym is definitely one I will keep in my gym rotation since I bounce around between gyms quite a bit.

Great gym! Friendly staff. I love the workout class options. My personal trainer Bryce is the best! He listens to my concerns. He encourages me to go hard and I love it. I’m surprised at my strength each session. Very satisfied with my results
