Stopped by on a little break that I had and spent way more time than I needed to. I was the only order they needed to fix. I normally go to the one by target they have great customer service and I’m able to get in and out. The Guy was doing wayy too much talking, pausing, turning around to tell stories to the customers that was sitting in there. After seeing my shake sitting there for over 2 minutes while he talked. I asked the woman is that my shake. He looked at me like I was interrupting him! Last time coming here. Need to be mindful that some people are not there to lounge around but a stop and go. They also do not print receipts when you pay. I needed a paper receipt for Taxes purposes, now I have to wait for the email then print it out

Cant say enough great things about this place. There are many nutrition clubs in Wilmington but none compair to Impact Nutrition. Ray, Heather and Whitney make you feel like family from the first moment you step in the door. The shakes & teas are amazing, and you cant even tell that they are a "healthy" meal replacement shake. They are affordable and you get alot for your money here. If you are thinking about improving your health/lose weight for the new year I urge you to stop in and try it just once and you'll be hooked, I know I am!!

I absolutely love the staff and they are so helpful in answering questions, being very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to offer ideas but never push you to buy things you don't want..and THE SHAKES TASTE AMAZING AND FILL YOU UP AND KEEP YOU HEALTHY! What more could you want? My only problem is that they keep running out of my banana meal!! Haha! Love you all, thank you for all you do for your clients.

This is the most welcoming place ever. The shakes are delicious and they make you feel like family. I would recommend this to everybody and anybody. Replaces a whole meal and has all the nutritions you need for that meal. It is Amazing and Heather is just the best.

Heather, Ray and the rest of the crew are absolutely fabulous! Every time you walk in the atmosphere is so chill and the individuals you encounter are like family. There are many nutrition clubs around but none as unique and welcoming as this one. Plus the shakes are made with love and taste extra great! Where else could you find all of this wonderfulness and impact your health as well? Love, love, love this place and my new "friends".

If you're looking for way to kickstart, or continue your healthy lifestyle, and be around amazing and positive people then this will be your place. The shakes are amazing along with other products! The owners Heather & Ray are the best, very nice, knowledgeable about products, and treats their customers as family! I love going here!

I LOVE going here for breakfast and lunch! The smoothies and tea make me feel energized and they are delicious. Heather and Ray help me stay on top of my nutrition and make me feel welcome every time I walk through the doors.
