I am so impressed with the vibe at Legends Boxing in Wilmington, it is definitely a family feel! The moment I stepped in the door for my first class, the staff made me feel welcomed . The instructors at this gym are wonderful people who take the time to get to know who is in their class. The work outs are never the same so it doesn’t get boring! The hour work out is challenging and fun ! I have been going for 2 months and have seen results, I feel better physically and mentally and I love going to be part of this tribe! I am 55 by the way and it’s the best decision I have made since moving here. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry💪🏼
