The best Pilates studio possible!Fantastic for ALL ages. Anthony Morales is a superb instructor for us over 70's too. He has brought us from creaking to grace.

I'm a 50 year old male with a left hip replacement and, formerly, a lot of lower back pain. I had the good fortune to find Lithe Core and meet instructor Megan Manship. Over a nine month period, working with Megan, I was able to get core stability, learn correct posture, develop muscle tone - and best of all, get to be pain free. I highly recommend Lithe Core for anyone looking to overcome muscular dysfunction, or just have a fun and challenging workout.

I have been taking private lessons at Lithe Core Pilates Studio for six months. I was recovering from knee surgery (ACL reconstruction and menisci repair) and had been in physical therapy for 4 months. When I was released from PT, my therapist suggested Pilates to help with my knee and my gait. (After surgery, it was like learning to walk all over again.)I must say I am thrilled with the progress I have made and am very happy with Anthony as my instructor. From the moment I met him, I felt like he really listened and was concerned about my recovery. He has been very patient and encouraging and never pushed too hard. In the beginning I was afraid of trying certain exercises because I had lost so much confidence in my knee. Anthony was always thinking about the best exercises to help my recovery and my self-confidence. He is great at the technical aspects and the emotional aspects of being a teacher. There is never any feeling of intimidation or exclusivity in the studio. The atmosphere is laid back and professional at the same time.I would highly recommend Lithe Core Pilates Studio and Anthony as an instructor. It is well worth the money and I plan to continue for a long time to come.

I have been a client of Shephard's for over a year now and she is just wonderful. Her Vbarre classes are so challenging and effective. I can't recommend them enough. I just started doing prenatal Pilates with her too and it has been a great way to do some toning during pregnancy. The studio is personal and charming and I love coming to Lithe every week!

I have been going to Lithe Core Pilates Studio about twice a week for the last year and I am in addicted! The trainers are super friendly and helpful. The trainer I work out with the most, Shepherd, is AWESOME. The atmosphere is welcoming and energetic. I love the Vbarre classes because they get my heart rate up and have helped me get the lean muscles I have always wanted. The classes on the Pilates reformer are also great. I have increased my strength and flexibility and I feel more confident with my body. I have toned my entire body and I feel better than I have in a while. This studio also offers great Zumba and Kettlebell classes! I highly recommend this Studio. If you are looking for a great whole body workout check this place out!
