It’s a nice gym with different classes and work out machines and weights .. the staff is always friendly and willing to help. I love that they offer a sitter for your children 6 days a week, you do have to call ahead to make sure there are spots available for your child. Another perk is that the gym is open 24 hrs so they leave you no excuse not to work out. They have snacks and bottled water for purchase and towels free of charge to use during your workouts. They even have cooking classes and massages available for a low rate. As an employee I’m grateful to have such a nice gym available for use! Thanks nhrmc for being the best employer in town!
