OTF South Wilmington rocks. I have been a lot of studios this past year and South Wilmington is by far the best. The work outs are awesome and the staff is great. Well done OTF South Wilmington.

Orangetheory south wilmington is great! The coaches are uplifting and fun! The events throughout the month are great and it is like one big family working together towards a common goal of becoming better versions of ourselves!

I’ve been going to this Orangetheory for five years and still love it and benefit from these high intensity workouts greatly.OTF is a great place to be able to get a high calorie burn workout in mindlessly as from the moment you walk in you are following instructions from the coach, and not having to come up with workouts on your own. The studio also has such an awesome community feel to it and everyone is there to cheer you on! Try it out and you’ll be hooked, too!

I like how I feel after every OTF class. Coach Brennan, Tom, and Jacole are amazing! Super motivating and their music choice is always on point.
