I've been training here with Trevor for several months. Within a few weeks seeing great visible results and I've learned a lot. Trevor is well educated and has the science behind the fitness. I'm relearning how to do things and undoing years have bad training. From volleyball fitness training to attending a state fire academy, I'm not new to gym stuff and this has been great.I've never once felt judged or out of place either, there is room for everyone at any level here. I encourage anyone to give it a try, make an investment in yourself and see how it goes. You won't be disappointed.

PEAK is fantastic! As someone coming in with minimal experience in a gym environment (and almost no knowledge of anything involving weight lifting), I found the group classes to be fun, challenging, and adaptable to a wide range of abilities. Ryan, Zach, and Trevor are so supportive and attentive, ensuring correct form and helping me push myself more and more each class. Even while dealing with injuries and returning from a rather invasive foot surgery, all the trainers were so supportive in providing alternative exercise to those I could not yet execute. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming, the equipment is always clean and organized, and the services are top-of-the-line. Regardless of if you are an experienced runner/weightlifter/athlete or a complete beginner, PEAK it 100% the place to be!:)

I cant express enough how awesome this place is. Trevor and Zack are phenomenal and set the bar for coaching. Super grateful to have found this gym and participated in their program. Highly Recommend!!!!

Small group classes are fun and challenging for all fitness levels. Wonderful trainers! I have been here since they opened. They have become like family to me. Ryan hires excellent trainers and interns. They all work to maximize my fitness level without compromising my health. And I have fun in every single class!

PEAK offers a wide variety of services. I’ve loved my experience with the Core & Cardio classes and just had my first deep tissue massage with Katie on Saturday. I already pre-booked for my next session! She listened to my concerns and trouble areas and ran with it. I could tell a difference in just a day. Absolutely recommend!

PEAK is a very welcoming place. Trevor has been coaching me for 9 months now. He was able to create a program for me that was specific to the goals I had for myself. As someone who was never in the gym before I began training to now someone who loves the gym. He’s an excellent trainer who makes you feel comfortable in the gym. The progress I’ve made from his coaching and programs he’s made for me have been phenomenal.

I've done yoga on & off for years but Lauryn's yoga class is by far my fav! Her small class sizes allow for individual attention. The environment is calming. Her technique is on point. Not only do you feel more relaxed after the class but you also feel more energized to continue your day strong. I absolutely recommend their yoga classes to everyone!!

A great environment with workouts customized to your goals. Ryan and team are highly motivating and supportive. It feels like you're greeted with positive energy as soon as you walk through the door. Great mix of workouts to always feel challenged along with a whole range of classes to choose from to fit anyone if you prefer group settings. Would highly recommend.
