I signed up for Jiujitsu and did that for a year. This was my first time ever doing jiujitsu. The group and coaches are welcoming. The coaches and other students understood I was new, and they all just wanted to help. Its just a great atmosphere all around. Wish I could give 6 stars. Thanks guys, I look forward to returning soon.

Got a month membership here during the COVID-19 shutdown since the gym was using the medical loophole to stay open. Pretty expensive, especially since all the equipment there is rusty. I showed up once and the doors were locked during normal hours; when I texted the owner about it, he was rude at first and then didn’t respond. Can’t wait to go back to my normal gym when this pandemic ends!

I decided to join after the YMCA guttes their weightlifting area, I walked in and instantly felt that this was the gym for me, the coaches and staff are excellent and preach form and the quality of lift vs quantity of weight. It's family and dog friendly as I bring my dog all the time. The BJJ is headed by instructors at the level of UFC professionals. Bring your kids to learn self defense while you get your pump on. This also provides true 24 hour access with options to play music on the speakers instead of wearing headphones that get covered in sweat from your workout.

Absolutely a great place to train with real equipment. They were very accommodating to us on vacation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Wilmington NC area.

I love this gym! Been going since they opened almost 10 years ago and it has been growing fast. PCSP's new facility is awesome with the new equipment, wrestling room and 24 hour access. No better place in Wilmington for athletes or individuals with big goals to train!
