Terra Sol has been a literal sanctuary for me over the past few months. I had no idea what a massive toll the stress of the past few years had on my nervous system until I started practicing here. Alexis is warm and welcoming, the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Space is given to people of all strengths, abilities, and experience levels. We are frequently reminded to take modifications, honor ourselves and listen to our bodies. The studio space practically reverberates with positive energy.Coming to Terra Sol is like coming home.
