Great gym and awesome owners. Brian and Stacy are helpful and friendly. The gym is always clean and inviting.

May be they are nice people and gym is good, BUT their cancellation policy is absolutely HORRIBLE! You cant just cancel it any time as at other places, they are forcing you to email to them a 30 days notice, so actually they are forcing you to make an extra useless payment. Plus - they just sent me a message that I cant cancel this membership at all! While my cancellation note was emailed to then in November, they just wrote to me on January 31st (in TWO months) that they will not accept my cancellation. It means that I need to pay them for another two useless months, and forced to stay with them while I dont need that at all! It is violation of my consumer right, and I am filing Complains against this Company. So please - double think if you would like to deal with that in your future!

I love everything about this gym! There are hardly ever people in there so there is always equipment that is free. They have all the machines that you could need. They have classes and personal training. The staff is kind and helpful. It is a great gym!

I have been enjoying this gym for over 15 years. The classes are consistently challenging and fun, modifications are always encouraged if needed. It is a warm and welcoming community. They offer Excellent child care, free of charge in the morning and again in the afternoon. I need to get there more often and only positive things to say about this place. Love it!!

Very nice staff, great classes, good equipment and workout programs. I wish there were more yoga classes though.

You will never get out of your contract. Moved hundreds of miles away and still can't close it even though they state you only have to move 32 miles away. Staff is unfriendly and the owners have their usual favorites and do not speak with anyone else. Awful experience every time.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. I have been a member since 2009 and recommend it to all ladies seeking a gym membership. Great pricing, personal training, occasional contests, group fitness classes, a nice bathroom/shower/locker/changing area, childcare, sauna, tanning, etc. The facility is big enough to have all the equipment I could ever want to use and enough room to work out, but not so big and spread out that I can't easily do circuit training. Friendly, supportive, safe, non-intimidating atmosphere for all clients at all fitness levels.

I have been a member for years and I love this gym. Just ladies makes it comfortable, childcare makes it convenient and the hours and classes are just right. Highly recommend for every fitness level!

While the gym membership is a good price and a good location if you live near Monkey Junction, the trainer Pandora is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever come into contact with. After multiple comments from her regarding how I had not been to the gym in months, I finally had enough. Maybe that is her tactic to get people to come to the gym more often but it didn’t work for me. I don’t think calling people out in front of other gym members and staff is professional. I called to talk to the owners about her on two separate occasions but left messages since they were unavailable. I never received a call back. Later that week I cancelled my membership.
