Up until a year ago, I hadn't set foot in a gym in 20+ years. I hated the gym, period. BUT my physical therapist told me that I needed to work with a trainer if I was ever going to resolve my chronic pain. I was terrified. The only personal trainers I had seen made people run sprints and roll tractor tires, and they yelled A LOT. Last August I got up the nerve to walk into a small fitness studio and make inquiries. That's where I met Mariah and her pup Maisy ;). When I started working with her, I honestly had no clue how weak I had become, and how I had simply accepted pain as a part of my daily life. I really wasn't sure there was anything she could teach me that would make a difference. It was a slow process, baby steps really, but after 6 months with her I could feel a change - in the way I moved and carried myself. I could feel muscle tone where I hadn't had any since high school. I actually started to feel kind of powerful again, if that makes sense. Mariah gave me confidence to join my husband's (much bigger) gym and start training on my own, which I would never have done without her encouragement. She also went the extra mile and prepared a list of exercises I could use to target certain muscle groups. And guess what? The whole time I worked with her, she never yelled.Any time I start feeling defeated or unmotivated or weak, I hear her voice in my head quietly saying "you can do this". Yes I can. Thanks Mariah!

I’ve been training with Morgann for almost 2 years now. She has taught me so much about resistance training, nutrition, and creating an overall balanced and healthy lifestyle. She has helped me push myself to be stronger both physically and mentally in the gym, and shown me how capable I really am. I highly recommend Morgann. Not only is she an amazing trainer, but she’s an awesome friend and mentor!

Mariah is the best fitness trainer hands down. I came to her not knowing what to expect,she has been helping me reach goals and well educated on nutrition and fitness training. I would highly recommend her as she has changed my life .

Mariah is absolutely amazing! She will help you build muscle while building confidence. She is a fantastic trainer that tailers your workouts to fit in with your life. She is encouraging and helps push you to meet your goals!

I first started working with Morgann around April of 2022. I was unhappy with how I looked in photos and how I felt. I did a Google search for personal trainers and found Morgann. I have loved every session with her and look forward to the gym now. Morgann does a great job of pushing you to reach your goals and gain more strength, all while making sure you don't hurt yourself or push yourself too far. I have an old injury that didn't heal right and she's been great about working with that and modifying as needed. Morgann is the best ans I'm so glad I took the leap to get back in shape with her. Morgann and Mariah are both incredible people and trainers. Anyone who works with them is lucky.

Mariah is by far the best trainer I’ve had. I went to her looking to get into weight lifting and gain muscle. After a few months of in person training I began doing the virtual coaching program. The workouts she’s provided have transformed my body and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend.

Mariah was fantastic to work with. She was patient with me, fun, and so easy to get along with. She had the perfect workouts set up and helped me with my diet plan. This was my first experience with a personal trainer, I was honestly terrified in the beginning because I didn't know what to expect. After the first session, I knew I was in good hands.
