Jeremy and Nina are great trainers. The way they speak and motivate everyone of us members is extraordinary. Highly recommend to check 9rounds its a great workout with the best trainers!

I am so glad I came back to 9rounds after a several year hiatus. The staff does a great job in creating a family atmosphere and always encourage you to bring your A-game. I recommend to everyone I can!

I love that it’s 30 minutes from start to finish on my schedule, not on someone else’s. You may not be great at everything on day 1, but you learn how much you can do in 3 minutes! The coaches are with you to instruct or encourage. I am definitely stronger and feel better because of my time at 9Round.

We love our kickboxing studio! Amazing workouts and people. It's the only workout I've been able to be consistent with through all my life's changes these last 4-5 years. Definitely come in and try the workput. You won't regret it!

Love these guys!! Want a gym that makes you work hard, have a blast, and get it all done in 30 minutes? Look no further. Super nice, they give back to their community, and they care about their clients. I’ve never gotten a text check in from a gym owner before. These guys do it right.

Love this place! The workout pushes you every time because it changes every day and challenges all parts of your body and mind. You work at your own ability level and the coaches are all right there with you to help you reach your full potential. The members are all friendly and everyone encourages you to give your all and do your best. 9Round is just awesome!
