Tiger Kim's World Class Tae Kwon Do Centers

I truly enjoy every moment at Tiger Kim's Taekwando. I started with my daughter about 6 months ago and it has been amazing. She has developed a lot more confidence, met new friends, and enjoys learning new moves and teaching me. My husband also joined with us and doing it as a family always gives us that quality time and something to talk about after a long day. I have also lelost 20 lbs in my 1st month and it was amazing because of their pushing me to to better and push myself harder I feel better about myself physically and mentally. It has helped me so much not only there but at home as well with everyday life. Thanks to ALL the staff there. Master Andrew and Master Jung work with me the most and they keep me on my toes, LOL. thank you so much for being awesome.

This is our 4th year attending Tiger Kim’s Taekwondo on Reynolda road and we have had a wonderful experience thus far. We started with the little tiger program after I saw an aftercare Tiger Kim’s van at my sons school and decided to inquire about the aftercare program and have the benefit of attending tkd classes too! My son was attending up to 5 days a week! All the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. My older son has particularly taken to Mr. Reymond.My older son is very active and has been able to show amazing focus in class. He is currently a double black stripe and working towards his black belt.Since covid hit, this is the one activity we were able to continue despite lock downs. The school set up zoom classes and even offered “one on one” zoom slots. They tried their best to make the program engaging, while continuing to learn new form and advance skills. They offered additional free months and incurred a loss in revenue during lock downs and essentially were doing free zoom sessions!!! The school went above and beyond to try to keep students motivated and parents happy with the program.We have been so glad to be back in person. The school is taking amazing steps to keep the place clean and germ free! They sanitize between each class. Each child needs to preregistration for a class and has their own square that is appropriately social distanced and kids and instructors wear masks.I wasn’t planning to start my younger son ( almost 6) till things got a bit more back to normal, but he showed an interest and Tiger Kim’s offers amazing incentives to try for free with no obligation! My younger son started in January 2021 and is now a Yellow Belt!! He is excited about going and enjoys attending a tiger Kim’s tkd just like big brother.Thank you Tiger Kim’s Taekwondo for showing good role models with amazing instructors, providing kids an opportunity to learn confidence, self esteem and just be a safe place for my kids to go.We have been very pleased with the program and plan to continue!!!!

Our family loves Tiger Kim’s. This is our son’s first experience with Taekwondo and it has exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love the instructors who show such joy in teaching even the youngest of kids. We have found the value of lessons goes much further than just learning forms, kicks and punches. Our child has learned self confidence, has taken the ideals of eye, mind, and body focus home and to school and has become a much more centered child. Our hope is that this will become a life long learning experience for our son, hopefully our younger son will follow in his older brother’s foot steps soon!

My son has had a fantastic experience at Tiger Kim’s. He’s not cut out for team sports, so this has been a perfect fit for him. All the instructors are professional and treat the children with kindness. My son has gained so much confidence in all areas of his life, including school. I love this program. It has exceeded my expectations.

We’ve had our now 6 year old son enrolled for over 2 years at the Tiger Kim’s off Reynolda, and have had a wonderful experience. The facility is clean, orderly, and safe. The instructors are great with kids, teach manners, patience, focus, and respect. Great experience and highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about Tiger Kim’s TKD at Reynolda. We started TKD for our then 4 year old last year- many months before the pandemic- and our 4 year old loved it. They are professional and really give each child the individual attention they need to succeed. He thought it was not only fun but rewarding to work towards the goals of receiving his ‘tips’ and then a new belt. Then fast forward to the pandemic and we have been truly impressed. Tiger Kim’s worked to make sure children were able to continue their lessons on zoom and even implemented one on one booster classes so children weren’t falling behind- at no additional cost. Now that they are slowly opening back up, they’ve continued their professionalism and guarantee for children to succeed. They’ve gone above and beyond with safety protocols but still made it enjoyable for the children going back. As long as our son is into TKD, we’ll be at Tiger Kim’s. Thank you for working so hard to create a great environment for our children!

Amazing staff and excellent students for our boys to learn with. This place will give them something that can never be taken away. We have already seen marked improvements in focus and attitude. *Mom's* my son picked up his room and did dishes on his own. Worth every single penny.

The school has been excellent in every sense of the word since we began approximately a month ago. The teachers each take time with the students to help them where they struggle. My daughter has improved with her stability and flexibility and focus, and it is great to see her enjoy practicing even at home. I feel this is something she will continue with, and will benefit from in many ways for years to come.

The instructors are great with both kids and adults, positive, and motivating. It is pure joy as a parent to see our son "click" with a practice in this way. The program offers a variety of flexible schedule options so that a session (by level, group, family, etc...) is usually available every day. Learning the culture on and off the mat has been a great way to practice adjusting behavior in different environments. They keep activities fresh with seasonal events. We love it!

We absolutely love Tiger Kim’s! My son is working to get his black belt, (he’s almost there) and then continue on with his training.The instructors and masters are phenomenal with everyone. During these trying times they have went above and beyond to keep everyone training and reaching their goals! I can’t say enough about how great this place is. It’s like our second home!
