I recently signed up for this gym, and while I’m excited to become a member, my initial experience with the young woman who assisted me was quite disappointing. She appeared to have a serious and reserved demeanor, not saying much and giving off a negative vibe. Additionally, her choice of attire, an unassured shirt, gave the impression of arrogance.On a positive note, the gym itself is well-maintained and impressively organized. The cleanliness and orderliness of the facility are commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for members. Despite the less-than-ideal customer service experience, I’m still excited to be a part of this gym and look forward to exploring its offerings.I hope the staff can improve their approach to customer service and create a more positive and friendly environment for all members.
