MY NEW FAVORITE GYM!! Now I travel often for work and family and Anytime Fitness is clearly the option for me, however this location is by far the best! Optimal space with large open floor concept area with dumbbells going up to 100 lbs along with three squat racks and deadlift section... I could go on and on but there are benefits others would see that aren't even in the top of my needs for a gym. Gary is an excellent owner and is a pleasure to work with!! Highly recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level. Thanks again I will be back everytime I work out in the BEST gym in Worcester County

This is a belated note of appreciation per my visit in November, on a Friday afternoon. After sitting on butt for the work week, I needed a good workout in prep for a butt killer roadtrip. As a member only access, I reached a person named Gary (owner) via phone. He was MOST cordial and kind and encouraged me to have a good workout.What impressed me about this gym seeing I am sceptical about strip mall gyms - was the perfect atmosphere for a workout - perfect music choice, volume, gym colors, peaceful, sunny view of southern horizon and equipment selection / layout for a small gym. Gary even came to introduce himself and as others have said, he really made one feel welcome and respected.I travel a lot and have lifted at MANY gyms of varying quality. This is a VERY smart gym for its size. As most are concerned about a gyms cleanliness vs function - impeccable!

I'm in town visiting my family for Christmas, and wanted to work out! Gary treated me so good! He treated me like family and made me feel at home. He made sure I was comfortable while working out and was cleaning and talking to all the gym goers! Cant wait to keep going while I'm in town and will DEFINITELY come back when I'm back in town!

Good clean environment to go and work out, thankful to Gary for everything. I like that they have a functional training room as well as the machines and freeweights. Also nice that they don't do the spray bottles, just wipes, no nonsense solid gym!

Been coming here for years! The owner is great, the atmosphere is awesome and cleanliness is never an issue. Hands down no comparison to the 10 dollar spots that are fl and packed with models. This is the place to go if you really want to get fit and stay fit no pun intended. Go see Gary and the team!

Absolutely love this place! The owner Gary, is extremely down to earth and helpful! The atmosphere of the gym is intimate and not at all intimidating. I especially love the new expansion! So much space and never had an issue having to wait for a machine or weights to be available for my workouts.
