I've been to many of the Crunch gyms in MA and I can say that Crunch Worcester specifically the Millsbrook location is my favorite. It's always clean and has all the equipment that I need! The staff is super friendly I love coming to this Crunch location!

It's my second year here at Crunch, I really wish to leave 5 star because of absolutely friendly staff, but at the same time I can't ignore it's management ignorance. I would like to suggest that crunch management start posting out of service equipment every day so everybody can see how many equipment on daily basis are out of service. There is couple of them like pull down cable are out easily for more than 2 months if it's not 3!!! We do understand up to a week or 2 is reasonable but months?!Unbelievable. Also shower and locker room is not always clean since I go early in the morning it's obvious if Michael didn't work night before no one else bothered to clean it. Thanks.*********************************************************Edit to my last week review:Today, Monday June 13th , GYM was Clean , All equipment was fixed and in the working condition. So I Changed my two star review in to 4 and I would like to appreciate noticing our reviews.Thanks.

I joined in December and signed up for personal fitness training. The first 2 trainers were no show no call. I tried canceling immediately but they said I had to pay for 3 months. So I asked the fitness manager to stop the service immediately after I met the obligation. I was charged again after the 3 months. I asked the front desk to stop the charges they advised me that the general manager would stop the charges. I was charged 180 again the following month and again I asked them to cancel and reimburse me. They said they could not reimburse but could cancel. Guess what I was charged yet again today. I called and spoke with Ryan the fitness manager (different fitness manager than last time) and he said he canceled the billing but could not reimburse me and The general manager would call on Monday.STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!! Terrible business practice which amount to theft. If this is not resolved monday I will be taking them to small claims court. I can not emphasize enough how this type of practice is the reason why so many people avoid gyms.EDIT - I spoke with the General manager today and he is resolving the Issue - Thank You Paul

Great place, very clean open and I really liked the locker rooms' lighting but some of the equipment were in odd places like the calf raises by the benches and the cable machines while having the newer switches often couldn't slide in due to misalignment.

This branch is THE best branch to go to! The staff is amazing! Daniela helped me in getting set up, walked me through everything, made me feel comfortable during my visit. This will be my go to spot from here on out!

Been going to this Gym for over 10yrs. Great mix of real equipment. Still has the pro equipment and mindset from when it when it was Gold's. A few new additional areas and updates have happened through the subsequent name changes. For the most part all good changes, miss the men's room sauna though.Bummed that it's not currently 24/7 but that's understandable with the pandemic.I am really disappointed with their lax to nonexistent mask enforcement since the City mandated masks again. About 30% of the people there tonight didn't have one with them. It certainly makes me hesitant about returning while Covid #s are up.

I went here for a little over a year. Has a great selection of machines, friendly staff, and plenty of space. Can get a bit crowded around 6pm but that's how most gyms are. At the price they offer memberships for, you get value for money.I stopped going to this location because I moved to Dallas, TX. I realized that this crunch gym is wayyy better than most gyms in Dallas. Wish I had a crunch in Dallas close to where I am. :(

I have been coming to this gym for about 3 years. The price is not bad, but there are a lot of issues this facility needs to address. The gym is overcrowded, machines are often broken for weeks at a time, and there is very little parking available. On top of that, the staff at this gym enforce mask wearing more than people not putting their weights away and leaving the equipment a sweaty mess. Not the worst gym in the world, but you can definitely find a better option.

Love this gym. Same ambiance as when it was Boost fitness and the people (customers) are always nice people whether you speak to them or not. Definitely not the terrible experience and ambiance you get from these larger chain gyms that care more about money.
