I am beyond disappointed with the service they have there. Really rude employees not helpful at all you walk in ask them a question and they leave you there even on the phone they hang up on you and i tried to cancel my membership with them and they asked me all my information and i responded them everything yet they can’t cancel it unless I go in there and do it I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Gym is decent but can be super crowded at times. It would be nice if they offered group fitness classes like Boot Camp or spin class. But there's no room in the facility to do so

This place is total trash. Very limited amount of free weights and a lousy staff. Good luck trying to cancel your membership without a "certified letter" too. Oi.

I would warn anyone away from song business with a company that has no problems with fraudulently taking money from your bank account AFTER you have contacted them about cancelling your membership after moving due to a family emergency. I have even had Stop Payment made at my bank. After I discovered that Planet Fitness had has 700 complaints filed against them, and growing, I realized that they use predatory and fraudulent tactics as a habit.

I really like this gym because it's cheap and has a nice selection on machines. The locker rooms is nice. The only thing that sucks, because it's so cheap, it gets packed and that makes it hard to find an open machine sometimes.

This gym does get busy at certain times but that is why I ALWAYS check before I head there. There will always be those pre work and post work rushes and I tend to go after or before those happen. They are up front about everything INCLUDING the yearly fee. I don't know what people are talking about maybe they don't listen. People will always find something to be mad about. This gym is the cheapest I've found $10 dollars for the white card and $20 for the black. I have the black card because I love the extra stuff. This gym helps me get my workout in especially when I want nothing to do with cardio and am more of a weight person. I will say that when I get more advanced I will have to find a different gym because they don't have heavy weights and that's okay, this is a beginner gym.

Sunday morning i get a call at 6:30 am that my wife was robbed at this facility. The person(s) who stole my wife’s belongings took 2 Coats and my wife’s car keys. Planet fitness said there was nothing they could do. Even though they have cameras that are installed, they don’t work. Because of the negligence and lack of proper staffing we are spending our morning sitting here waiting on a lock Smith. By the end of my wife’s first guest experience we are going to have to pay over $200.00 to replace the coats, & $290 to get a new key. So which may cost us close to a $490.00 for a “guest experience”. I want to thank the manager who was too sick to come in or speak to us over the phone, the person who robbed us, and the owner of the store for the negligent survalence.

Don’t ever use this gym. The employees are stupid and rude. The place smells like old pizza. Does anyone clean the equipment when they use it?When you cancel your membership they keep charging your account for months. The owner or manager always has rhetoric, but never solves it or fixes any problems. My wife was dying of cancer when they refused to stop service over the phone. Maybe if the owner knew the pain of someone close having cancer? Maybe he just wants money?STOP CHARGING MY WIFE’S ACCOUNT!! It’s not enough you charge her when she is going through cancer and can’t come in to cancel in person, but now you keep charging after she goes in? How do you look in the mirror at night? How do businesses get away with this? How much money do you make a month from this unethical handling of customer’s money?#boyccottplanetfitness

This is a good gym if you are just starting out. They don't have very heavy free weights and It's mostly for cardio.

This place is clean and overall pretty nice. They make it a point to say there's no judgement too which is nice.
