It's a nice place to work out but what pisses me off is that that charge you without any fair warning. It would help tremendously if they sent out monthly reminders through text.

Love coming here never had any issues . . A lot of the treadmills are temporarily out of order . I can't wait for their new location to open ..

Evil people want to steal your money. They will make it impossible for you to cancel your account to get your money! Avoid at all cost! They should be ashamed of themselves. How could they sleep at night though?

I life PF just not this one. Most of the machines were occupied by people who needed a place to sit while using the free wifi. The staff appears more interested in holding the counter down. Not as clean as my home club.

I really loved going here. I feel like it improved both my physical and mental health. As a Mom, it was a good way to have an hour for myself each day.Are you guys ever going to reopen again???I miss going here so much.💙💜

Paid for a membership a few months back but never went in and did anything with it.....at all. I physically never went to one of their locations untill today. They advertise that you only have to pay for the months you use.......but somehow I have four months worth of owed debt there. What? Went round and round with the guy at the counter who affirmed that they don't bill you for months you don't use but still wanted me to pay for months I didn't use. I knew the whole thing sounded to good to be real. I am now a proud member of West Valley Fitness, it cost a little more buy they have better equipment anyway. Response to Response: You people advertise that people won't have to pay for months they don't access the gym on your base plan.......regardless if the plan allows access or not, no work outs, no charge yet I was charged repeatedly without ever once stepping a foot on any location and after only signing up for one month. This companies business model is one of deceiving their customers into believing they are getting a deal when in fact they are just getting a normal gym membership with access to half a gym. Like I stated it's "RIDICULOUS." I'm sure I'm not West Valley Fitness's only member who joined to try and forget about my Planet Fitness debacle. If I could no star this company I would.

I recently signed up to have a sit down with a trainer named Kristina. And let me tell you, I felt understood and a very motivated!She is highly knowledgeable and very dedicated to her craft! This gym is always clean and well staffed, I feel welcomed in a place I normally avoid.

Some staff members are really rude. Few things I can see that need improvement are I never see any staff cleaning the lockers some of them are really dirty. Also they should be moving around the floor letting people know the importance of wiping down the equipment after they are done using it. Lots of machines have been done for awhile.

Okay for the price. Equipment are fairly close to each other, it feels crammed, usually has half full the times I've been in. small locker room, blow dryer for your hands. Glad they brought back paper towels cause the reusable towel they had sucked. Cant really wipe your sweat..cause gross. Staff are nice. 24/7 🙌🙌 …
