Hand's down my favorite gym to go to! My home gym used to be the PF by Target, but it gets to crowded. I switched to the Summitview PF and couldn't be happier! Much more room and updated equipment, also super friendly and helpful if you have any question's. Keep up the great work! 💪🏽 …

I joined this gym before they opened and because of the pandemic their opening day was delayed. Well, once they did open I didn’t get an email or any kind of notification of their opening. I noticed that I had been charged the membership fee AND the annual fee. I went to the gym and explained that I didn’t know they were open. I was told that because I was a brand new member my email was probably not on the list of members who got the information emails. I was told to email the manager and explain my situation and request a refund. I send the email and never got a reply. It’s been months and I have still not received a reply or a refund.

Called to ask a question about why my card got charged the day after we signed up for a 1 month free membership. And the person who we talked his name was Tony was completely rude while I was trying to explain what happened he cut me off mid sentence. Was not very good customer service when all I was trying to was make sure it wasn't a misunderstanding on my part.

Love going to this gym to get my cardio and free-weights on, but unfortunately they don't take "Tivity Health" fitness pass( benefit offered through my job) here at the one on Summit View, only at the one next to Target, not mad, just disappointed, finger-snap.
