I’m at blink cross county. I’ve been a member at first opening in this location. Since it opened with restrictions COVID everyone here wears a mask under theirs nose. The stuff don’t stop who doesn’t fallow CDC requirements. Unfortunately you will get covid coming to the gym even doing your portion wearing mask . Very poor service. They don’t take life serious! Sad

Unfortunately no one wears masks in this gym, they where it under their chin or nose, id say 50% of the people there. The managers or workers dont do their job to correct these people so more and more are just working out maskless. Pretty irresponsible and should be escalated to the city. Make you wait outside for 10 min just to go inside to no one following covid protocols. Looks like a similar review was written last week and no changes were made.

I've been paying this gym for months on end without going and they were fine taking my money. Covid hits and I move out of the state, nowhere near a Blink, and they want to send me to collections after my membership hasn't been paid. Fine, it's not bad it's only about $50 and it's not worth my time but wait I can't cancel over the phone. I have to go to the nearest gym to cancel in person. Are you f... kidding me!!! On top of that I also have to pay a cancelation fee!The word disappointed is an understatement. I've been going off and on to this gum for 7 years and and this is how I get treated. I know gyms are being hit hard by the pandemic but beating customers over the head with fees and making it impossible to cancel online o over the phone is simply not the way to get back on your feet. Congratulations, you made $50 off me but it will be the last cent you will ever make from me.People beware of this place and their business practices.!!!

The worst ever!!!I have been a member for a year and when closedown happened, I moved to a different state thy continued to charge me for months after that. I called so many times they said I most come in person to close the contract with them, unbelievable!!! I had to call me credit card and unauthorized them to continue charges, they sent me to collections. Trying to talk to them is impossible, I have never experienced worst costumer service. Anyway I went to NYC in their office paid months of “debt” and they still continue to charge me with the card I used last time. Horrible, ripoff, the worst. Please don’t sign anything with them. If any other options please try to avoid them as much as possible. Do yourself a favor, RUN!

It's a nice place, BUT, there is a lot of metal on machines, so your workout could be a little painful. But unless you're a indestructible tank then I think you're ok. But do not worry, rubber is still a thing, just not for every single machine. Other than that, It's a good gym. But the prices are also weird.

Today I went in the gym and everything was fine until one of the workers started to vacuum in and around the area I was working out in. There was no excuse me or pardon. Then when I was working out on the stair climbers machine the guy vacuuming paused the machine twice and I could had fell but the speed I had it on was slow luckily. I just started going to this gym and I‘be been to other gyms before and I have never seen someone vacuum like that before. I felt uncomfortable working out

Don't sign up for this gym!!! They have ZERO customer service. I moved out of the area but they force you to come back in person in order to cancel your membership, and the only alternative is to send a certified letter to their corporate office. You should not have to waste your time and money in order to cancel a service that you no longer need!Additionally, when I did use the gym it is much smaller than they make it seem so it was always super crowded and you have to wait to use any of the equipment. You're better off signing up for planet fitness or working out at home.

Came to this gym for the first time as a guest invite from my brother the other day! Great location! Very clean and well kept! Machines were all being wiped down consistently! If I lived closer they'd have my business!

I went to cancel my membership at the Cross County location and was charged to do so. I was informed that emails went out giving members the opportunity to cancel their accounts without a penalty. Unfortunately, I did not receive the email because they have the wrong email on file. When I said this, Amanda (the manager) informed me that they have over 700 members so they can't account for the ones who did not receive the email. I guess personal service to members is just lip service. I would advise paying a little extra for better service. I wish I had done the same. I was given the number for corporate. I was on hold for 30 minutes before being forced to leave a message. I doubt I will hear from them.Update based on reply:When I first joined, I was told that I could not cancel for a year, and if I did so, I would be charged a penalty. My year passed and I was on a month-to-month basis. Based on the information I was told when opening the account, I should not have been charged a penalty.
