Unmotivating environment with girly music and very VERY limited amount of machines and weights . If you're looking to actually better yourself and change your life don't even set one toe into this gym.

The gym itself is good and so is the staff. Unfortunately the locker room(at least the mens)is entirely too small.only enough room for maybe 5 people to change at a time.

Visited this gym a one day guest with my wife and mother in law. Facility is clean and front desk personnel were great. Everything was fine until Sergeant Blink (sarcasm) insisted that he make it his responsibility to inform that I needed to replace mine and my families equipment as I was in the middle doing that exact thing. Not sure if he worked there or not, but in my 20 years of training, I’ve never had a soul comer to in the manner he did, unwarranted, and feel like they needed to tell me what I needed to do.This very intrusive and out of his place. You don’t ask individuals if they are going to return equipment when you can clearly see that they are doing that. You aren’t a parent. Won’t ever visit this establishment again and I suggest they help this fella understand some soft skills.

I joined this gym back in August of 2018. The smell of mold in the gym was so strong I had to stop going. The gym is neglected with dust and corrosion in the vents that I was unable to breath. I spoke to the manager Lia and she refused to give me a refund without charging me a fee. I emailed costumer service in September to cancel my membership and get full refund but thecompany continued to charge me through January of 2019. Since I changed my credit card, they are now harrassing me everyday to update my credit card by calling me and leaving me messages. I tried explaining to phone rep that i cancellled my membership a long time ago. I filed two BBB complaints, New York consumer affairs report, the westchester heath and building department, Twitter, facebook, Yelp, and google. They still refuse to stop calling me and leaving me messages or refund my account. complaints will continue to filed until this is resolved.

I started my membership almost two months ago and wanted to wait a little bit before i figure out if this where I want to stay . My conclusion is: nope, noppety, nope, nah. The first red flag for me is that the bathrooms are often gross and left that way for a long time. One time I came and a stall was left a mess for the entire hour I was there. Second flag, I came in and really needed to go #1, one of the employees (I’m guessing she was a manager) was standing in front of the entry way and said I couldn’t go in because a man needed to do work on the bathroom vending machine. I said, well I really needed to go, and she responds ‘ok fine go but hurry up’. Excuse me? So unprofessional and why have someone do maintenance on a machine (that I’m pretty sure people rarely use) during popular business hours?. I’ve also overheard this same manager be rude to other customers on other occasions. Final straw was, one day I came and forgot to bring my towel. Naturally, after my workout I was drenched and asked the front desk if they had any tissue or paper towel. I was told no. No? What if I’d had an accident or spilled something. How you gonna clean that up. I said so you don’t have tissue in the ENTIRE facility? She said no. At that point I just left. Because the only reason they’d need to tell me they don’t have any tissue is so I’d buy they’re raggedy towel for $3. I’m absolutely NOT a picky gym goer. But at the very minimum I expect a clean bathroom and a freaking paper towel. I came from PF expecting a slightly better experience but now I’d choose PF any day. The only reason I may stay a little longer is because of the proximity to my house. But other than that, Issa no for me.

They didn't let me cancel my membership online or by phone and the people at this gym just stay on their phones and take up gym equipment. Also if you doing one thing that is out of the ordinary someone will come up to you to correct you. I had a bad experience and I am not recommending this for anyone who wants to seriously wants to work out.

Seems to be a good place, the staff are great, polite and friendly ,I like it cause it’s very convenient as i live close by , it’s small but clean,very limited amount of machines , they need to get in to do more maintanance, because we already wait for people to be done so we can use some of the machines and they been having lots of treadmills out of service.Not good. But overall it’s a good gym.
