I've only been coming here for about a month now and it's a pretty good location. It gets packed throughout the evening and sometimes early on the weekends but it's never been annoyingly packed like other locations. It's very chill and respectful. I'm definitely going to continue to come here.

This gym is pretty small and it’s always really packed, but it doesn’t take long to get a machine you need. The guest are really respectful of sharing and knowing when they’ve spent too much time on a machine. There are two floors. The top floor has only cardio machines and the bottom floor has the weights. The staff is always conversing within themselves which I notice but doesn’t bother me. There is a parking lot so I always find parking and there is a gas station right across the street which is pretty convenient. It’s always clean when I’ve visited but this isn’t my main gym. I’ll go here if I’m in the area.

My fiance and I joined the gym about 3 weeks ago. We love it. Eventhough, I can't have the pizza and bagels they offer it's great. No one judges you on how you look. It's a very place. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to work out and not be bothered.

The place have improved a lot since my last visit 2 years ago. New equipment, more friendly staff, better space distribution. Good job!!

Had to cancel my membership this morning. The manager Damian was rude and dismissive with my trying to obtain a second membership for one of my sons. I don't need to spend money with a company that doesn't know the value of a customer.

I go to work out here, for $10.00 a month it isn't bad, i have never had to wait for a machine to be free. I am talking between the hours of 7-9 pm. Don't know about earlier than that. The place closes at 11 pm. Every first Monday of the month they have pizza.

This great neighborhood gym in which I can always find equipment to work out on without any wait time whatsoever, has a great staff who offer friendly courteous service. They are extremely knowledgeable and interesting to speak with because they offer a lot of insight on a great workout. The crowd is pretty laid back and for those who need assistance people offer information to those that may need assistance with some of the equipment. Always enjoy a quick workout anytime of the day. You know that you never have to worry about anyone judging you while you get your workout on. Definitely recommend this place because you can always bring a guest with you as long as you have a black card, all they need is their name phone number and signature. You can meet new people and network while you workout, or if you choose to go solo no worries of any kind just put your headphones on and enjoy your workout while you watch TV or listen to your own Tunes. Be assured that you will have a great workout in peace. Lastly the gym is conviently located next to the parkway and a main thoroughfare.

Oh where to start. I've attended this gym for 7+ years. Where it's no LA fitness, it surely served its purpose for the price. I have a few complaints here and there but nothing like what I experienced today. Arriving at the gym around the same time I arrive everyday I go to park in the same spot I park every day and I notice a woman is letting her unleashed dog defecate in the parking lot. I ignore it and continue to pull into the parking space stopping so her dog can finish his business. This woman begins waving her arms and throwing her hands up as if I was going to run over her dog. About 2 mins later this woman begins to walk into the building WITH THE DOG, I just shook my head. As I'm gathering my belongings the woman returns and starts banging on my window. She proceeds to bang on my window and yell that where I was parking was not a parking literally through my window. I cracked the window and calmly asked if I could help her. She yells again for me to move my car this was not parking. I told her I've been going here for years and always parked here and even witness other gym members parking in this same area. I also pointed out there were no signs stating otherwise. She informed me she was the "owner" and she's telling me to move my car, yelling and waving her arms. I asked for proof of identification and she refused, telling me she will just have my car towed. She asked me if I wanted her to get the manager. I explained if you're the owner why would I need the manager? She finally stormed off and feeling uncomfortable I decided to google another Planet Fitness in the area. Before I could move she returned yelling and banging on my window. This time flashing a business card, saying "her, she won't move". Another woman accompanied her (Virginia) who was rolling her eyes at this irate and uncontrollable woman. I cracked my window and explained to the woman that all I asked for was identification and she was acting very irate and quite frankly rather scary. I explained that I was parking where I've always parked and have seen other members parked and she upset that I interrupted her dogs potty time. Virginia said she knows (agreeing others park there) but asked very nicely if I could move because she would like for me to move. I asked for her card and Virginia explained that it's her card she doesn't have to give it to me. Red flag. So I asked the name on the card and she said Gabriella. I immediately called and spoke to the manager (Nida Lopez) who has always shown EXCELLENT customer service and she explained to me that James and Jeff were the owners. This just leaves me to believe that who ever this woman is felt a sense of entitlement because of a direct relation with the owners. It's one things to have to deal with mediocre equipment and sub par cleanliness because of what I pay, but there are certain things that "well I only pay $20" is just NOT susceptible answer. I will not be disrespect, talked to in a rude ghetto manner or have my person property mistreated. They are lucky I did not and will not call the police. My suggestion, value your $20 and sign up at another facility where dogs aren't running around an already unclean faculty and staff act like actually adults and not overpriviledged girlfriends,wives,cousins or hang out friends.

This gym is unkept and filthy. Machines wobble, only two Smith machines, same equipment and machines since 2004, only one hand sanitizing machine, staff has no idea Whats going on half the time. Last time I was there I asked an employee to replace a roll of paper towel to clean my machine. She rolled her eyes and said she will get to it. No Beauty Angel no HydroMassage... If youre a black card member do yourself a favor and go to the one in White Plains for a clean, updated environment and get the full benefits of your time and money. This Yonkers gym is good for a quick stop in. If the owners would update the place it would be great. The location is convenient.

very decent place. Alot of old timers go there so it's good to work out here. though they don't have enough free weight equipment and not enough bench press benches for chest.Over all its a nice place to go get your work out in,and for the price you can't beat. Plus if you have the PF BLACK card, you get to bring a friend in unlimited; so basically you are paying $10 month, and for your friend $10. I bring my wife with me, and at times my boy. Great gym over all.
