We have been going to American Karate Studios for over 4 years. You will not find a better school to learn karate at! You have to earn your stripes and belts! The instructors are awesome with my kids and parents can join to! Truly a great experience and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to learn Kenpo Karate.

My son used to go to another studio, and without downing that studio, I have to say that this studio has been a Godsend to not only our son, but our family as well. We are treated like family, we are extremely involved and they allow us to be, and the owners/instructors are honest and forthcoming about every flaw they see in your style. They go out of their way to make sure that every student is given proper time to learn, are patient with the students, and push them to be the best they can be. I can honestly say I have seen a vast improvement in our sons ability in his agility and flexibility. There’s no shortcuts to be taken here. I 100% recommend this studio to any and everyone looking to start their karate experience. It’s worth every penny.

My children have been coming to see the Fickes’s and American Karate Studios since they were out of diapers. The instruction has been excellent and a testament to the 50 year legacy of the dojo. My boys are 11,10, and 9 now. We have options to go over 5 days a week and travel with the Tournament Team. The boys have been taught respect, discipline, and encouraged to always improve. American Karate Studios has been a phenomenal experience.
