Literally always smells like horse manure. Never any paper towels and since when do they close at 9 on a Friday what happened to 10? U pay for something supposed to be 24 hours and just isn’t. False advertising!

I like the gym itself but it ALWAYS smells like sewage. The paper towel dispensers are always empty with 5 workers standing around doing nothing.

apparently if you ask someone to quit talking on their phones while on the treadmill, management doesnt have the balls to stop them.. they keep doing what they are doing and scold me... or it might be other reasons they did not stop him... ahemm..... 3 guesses - the first two dont count........either way people get away with what they want. while your other customers have to listen to someone blabbing on their speaker phone...

Straight nasty disgusting..they do not clean the lockers..there were Roaches or some kind of bug probably lice..i told front desk.i took pics came back 6 days later lockers had the same germs and dirt..I will report to health department. Why pay for a dirty unsanitary place..

Equipment is fantastic. But they NEED A MOLD COMPANY TO COME IN for an inspection. Soon as you walk in you smell mold/fungus. ESP back of the gym workout areas.
