I've been at Axio Howland & Churchill for almost 2 months & have noticed a change physically, nutritionally & mentally. My sister passed away at 46 yrs unexpectedly & I needed a change. I was depressed, gained weight & had no energy. Axio has been my change. The place is always clean & the trainers are amazing. Each trainer I've had has challenged me because they know I can do it & I can feel myself getting stronger. Kara has helped me with my nutrition to have a healthier lifestyle but still eat what I like. The work outs are also helping me mentally with my grieving. I feel like I have alot more energy & motivated to do things. The slam ball gets out alot stress 😊 Thank you Axio!

I just finished my 4th week at Axio and am amazed at the differences I see and feel already! The trainers are amazing and the customized, personal sessions have made me feel like a new person. Their approach makes you look forward to going rather than dreading every workout. I HIGHlY recommend!
