TERRIBLE when it comes to billing and paperwork. I've been told so much false information it is unreal. This company shows no integrity in doing right by the customer and fixing their employees mistakes and lies! I am so fed up with calling to be told one thing and then call again to be told that was false information and there is nothing they can do to fix their mistakes. Have tried to end my association with this place multiple times just to turn around and see them drawing money out of my account once again!

The planet fitness in yuma is the best thing in yuma! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, everything is always clean and smells good which you can't say about a lot of gyms! Also for such a low price you get red light therapy and hydro massage as well, I would gladly pay more for the perks you get here! Love it!

Had a class today with Elizabeth and she was awesome! She explained how to use some of the machines and answered all the questions we had. Im very happy with this gym and its employees. Theyre all very approachable :)

I am giving this PF 5 stars for One reason Only. The trainors they have had are awesome. The last one was Great. Jerry Wilson is Just as AWESOME. I hope the managers DON'T screw this one up. She is so good.

Planet Fitness is the best gym that I workout, in all of Yuma. Has the best equipment to help me meet the goals of weight loss and toning. The staff there are extremely friendly and well trained to help you find out what you need to meet your goals. I would recommend this PLANET FITNESS to any of my friends or family. I just absolutely love it there spend most of my time there too.

I wouldn't know where to begin, I think Planet Fitness (Yuma) is the best gym that I've ever been too. The hospitality is just outstanding thanks to trainer Jerry Wilson for giving such a warm welcoming and outstanding motivation and tremendous leadership in which I believe that she would make such an amazing manager. Overall without this place and it's staff, I would be that same walking stick that I was before. Thank you Jerry Wilson and other staff members!

I think this gym is by far the greatest with there wonderful staff. For instance one of the employees by the name of Ciara Pickering she gave me the most awesome detailed tour, it made me sign up right then and there. Now I am a proud member of planet fitness. So thank you for the awesome customer service keep up the good work!!!

Met with Trainer and had a Great experience. She,Davida, went over the machines and routines with me and gave me lots of encouragement as well as a feeling of I CAN DO THIS! Feel successful and confidant. Also the staff is always wonderful and enthusiastic! I enjoy going to the gym now, much better than other places in town.

Great gym at a good price. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hit a wall with my training and met with Jerri the trainer and she showed me different techniques that I wasn't doing that was holding me back on my gains. Her classes are great also she will push you to your limits and then some. Best gym and instructors in town.
