I want to thank the staff:LUCASGRANTLluviafor always being ready to serve, with kindness, willingness to help, good attitude.  They really have a sense of customer service.It means so much that they greet you with a smile that they go out of their way to help you.To the assistant manager because when I had complaints about the gym, she contacted me and they quickly solved my requests.  Unfortunately I can't say the same about some of the women on the team, starting with kency she always has an angry face.  she has a bad attitude all the time.  I don't know why they put her to serve the client if she hates it.  I actually wish I didn't have to see her almost every morning it ruins the positive vibe of the morning.They have put new machines and I appreciate it.I love massages after training.

It's a nice place, it has everything you need and it's bigger than it seems. I recommend going at 6am on the dot because there isn't too many people there. Best time to go so that, 1) you don't have to wait for Machines.2) less people = more confidence! 3) you can take your time without feeling pressure.Just get there at 6am. Take your time and put some music on. And you'll be done before you know it.

The workers at the gym are less than pleasant. I’m working on my personal training certifications and thought a position at a gym would be good experience in the meanwhile while I worked on bettering myself.I submitted an application, followed up, and the female manager told me she threw my application out because I had put my availability on Sat/Sun as after 2pm due to religious reasons. She said they needed a male on the weekends early morning to clean. Okay, fair. She told me to reapply with open availability. I did so figuring I could find a way to balance my religious obligations and the job because it would be valuable experience.I called a few days later to verify it was received and was told to leave my info for the manager to call me back because he was in a meeting for the next hour. He didn’t, but people get busy, so I understand. I called two days and asked for a manager again. The worker told me the manager was on a call and to call back in ten minutes. I called back according to her instructions and spoke to someone else who was incredibly discourteous to me with her attitude. When I asked for a manager, she rudely, while sounding utterly annoyed, asked me, “And what is this for?” For the tenth time, I explained I just wanted to make sure they received the application (because on the website it says if you apply you cannot apply for 90 days so since that other manager Susy told me reapply, it was only logical to validate it). She hesitated awkwardly, put me on hold, then came back on the phone huffy and seemingly irritated, telling me that the managers are “good at looking at application and they would have gotten back to you quickly so you don’t have to call”. Like, okay? A business is free to hire who they want, but they are not free to treat people like they’re trash on the side of the road because they weren’t available for religious reasons? In short, if you’re looking for a place to work, don’t choose Planet.The entire staff seemed rude, disorganized, shifty, and unpleasant. To be quite honest, if they did call me back, based on how rude and dismissive they were, I would have told them no thanks. If you can’t treat people right, I certainly don’t want to work for you.Planet should hire managers who can actually speak for themselves instead of hiding behind their desk workers who act like person-to-person interaction is an allergen. Won’t be referring anyone here, that’s for sure.

This two girls at the front desk weren't helpful at all! Very bad customer service. Not friendly.. My friend got a membership on line, when we got there they took a picture of her and her card was ready to use, she has the membership where she can take a guess, she took me as a guess, and the system was having trouble, even tho her card was ready to use, they didn't let us use the gym, They could of at least been more helpful and friendly. Just lost a few customers. We don't want to go back there.

This facility is very professional and judgement free, just as they promote. They’ve been extremely kind and their facility makes sense! They have signs posted on how to use the equipment, and it truly is a judgement free zone!

The staff has done a great job in keeping the gym super clean. Know these are not easy times, but is good to see everyone trying their best. Thank you.

Just pay the extra money for a real gym. They have all kinds of hidden fees tucked away in the contract. This gym was a NIGHTMARE to cancel. I had already left town and they wanted me to come back to cancel. After a bogus email address attempt I finally got ahold of Jose who tried to tell me my cancellation fee was waived but when I signed up there was no cancellation fee in the contract anyway. I had a certain amount of time to cancel before being charged an “anual fee” and they stalled until it was too late. What you’ll end up paying is not what is advertised. Unless you like over paying for a very low grade gym DONT SIGN UP! If you already have, best of luck getting out.

Clean...but there's been a little problem of running out of paper towels in the dispensers where you need to go across the floor to get one. At one time they were completely out of paper towels. 😅Staff are always friendly. …

I'm camped in Yuma area for the next 3 months. Since I have many physical problems I have to take it easy on the workouts but this is still worth 10/month just for the shower alone. The crew that works there are very nice and the facilities are sparkling and extensive. Something for everyone at a great price with no contract

I love this place. The kindest people I have ever known work there. They are so kind that I had to ask them why are they so kind? They said that is the way it is suppose to be. Its just that I was given such terrifying customer service at the Planet Fitness in Calexico Ca. that I thought it was the norms to be wo rude but I was wrong. Most of the staff that I have seen working at this gym are very young too. But yet so kind helpful and professional. I will always speak highly of them!
