I've been to 3 planet fitness. this one is the best of the three. The greeting and acknowledgment when you walk in is great. Communication skills are amazing. Staff is always working. The managers are leaders not bosses. The cleanest gym I've been to. There always changing things keeping it fresh The machines are maintenance This is a five star Gym in my personal opinion The work ethic is amazing. Sussy and Jose are great leaders There the manager in Yuma. I've been with planet Fitness since 2016 8/8/2016Thank you ALL for your Hard work and love you all put into keep the gym amazing.

I'm not fond of the location and some of the equipment is in disrepair. Otherwise it is set up like most other PF gyms. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful.

I have been having issue to pay my membership through the app. I've went in person and they took my card and save the info so it can take it automatically. This month it happen again and I called since I have not gotten the chance to go in person at all and the person I talked to at first sound like she tried to help me even keep getting disconnected constantly. I got a new person after the 4th disconnect call and she sound like she didn't tried to charge the card that was saved in the system. She ask me to go in person and I let her know my trouble of going person been difficult for me and I don't know when I can get the chance and i keep getting charge late fees when I have been trying to pay it off in the first place and all she said was, just try or you will keep charge late fees and that it has to be in person. I want to cancel my membership if imma keep having issue paying my membership if it won't take it in the first place. Waste of money for no reason

Great place to go workout. Clean environment. Peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely be back for my workouts. Thank you planet fitness! May God bless all the staff members today and always.Truthfully, Diana

I work out here 3 days a week and they offer so much for you. If you are able to fit the spa into your budget it is worth it. I love this place❤️

So, giving this place 4 stars to begin with. Why? We received outstanding customer service! Thanks to Jose and Ezekiel for patiently answering all of our questions! Will update after we actually use the facility

The music here is bad, los of electronic high sounds and it is incredibly loud in the back of the gym and in the bathrooms.I get a headache every time, what is the purpose? Scaring away older members?

i know buck very well, he used to be a former NFL player and is owner of planet fitness he rids a Harley Davidson, he is also friends with jerry rice a former NFL player,.. my suggestion with your staff,.. you need to start giving the people better attention, or risk losing your jobs

Just went there to talk about cancelling a membership. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Clean and not crowded. Nice equipment and friendly staff.What more could you ask for?
