Crunch Fitness - Abilene

I haven’t had a membership with crunch since July and on January 26th o was charged $720.00 I need help resolving this issue. We love crunch and did consider going back but after his.. there is no way we will go back.

Been a member for a few years now and I would say I’m very happy with everything starting from the staff which are amazing and really friendly as well as the environment and equipment is kept well organized and clean! Gotta give credit to everyone in the management team for getting the staff working as a team!

This place is awesome! Members are polite and usually share equipment! They keep the gym clean and make sure the equipment gets fixed as soon as they can! Love it here!

This is the first review I’ve ever given. I want to thank Elliot Peters personally. He has been very knowledgeable and helpful with all my fitness questions. It is very hard these days to find someone who genuinely cares about helping others grow in their fitness goals. If you make it to church I would look him up!

I’ve been to this gym as both a customer and a personal trainer and both experiences were great. The gym is always clean, disrespectful behavior is never tolerated, and everyone who works there is very friendly and personable! Being open 24/7 is also so convenient

Good gym, staff is friendly, it’s just always way too crowded I can never get a good workout in because machines are always hogged. It seems like any time of day I go in besides past midnight is filled to the brim with people. Maybe open a second location in north Abilene or something so the crowd control can be contained. It just sucks I’m never able to get a good workout in. I normally just work out at home now.

There is no gym out there that doesn't deal with broken equipment, the difference here is their ability to address issues and service equipment within a timely manner. That coupled with an ultra friendly staff creating a welcoming atmosphere, this a gym that is friendly to everyone from new comers to hardcore gym enthusiasts.

Hands down one of the best gyms I've been to, especially the employees, they always have a smile on their face, and always keep the gym clean and looking good! Elliott has to be my favorite, he always excited to see everyone and basically knows everyone by a first name basis, great dude. Definitely recommend checking this gym out!

Always clean, with dependable equipment, a dedicated and a well-trained staff of local pros all combine for the best experience in the business. My facility is very well managed by an accessible, personable and professional general manager. I would never go anywhere else.

Best damn gym that I’ve had a membership at! Clean, great customer service, nice employees, if anything malfunctions it gets fixed quick, LOVE the hydro massage chair, sauna is the perfect temp with no weird smells, gyms snacks are good, nice assortment of drinks, AND they are connected to other Crunches in the US. I hate that I have to move & that there won’t be one near by. Would love to have kept my membership.
