I’ve been going to American Muscle and Fitness for three years. I started by working out with a trainer there who is extremely knowledgeable and helped me get in the best shape of my adult life. Since then, I’ve been attending a kickboxing class that the gym offers which is a pleasant mix of fun and hard work. The coaches and women in the class have become a second family to me. I look forward to seeing them each week and pushing one another to be our best selves.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jason and his team here at American Muscle and Fitness! The equipment and facility is always kept up and functioning, the atmosphere is great, and most importantly, the members of the gym are friendly. If you're looking for a gym membership somewhere, this is the place!

I love this gym! The owner, Jason is friendly, kind and super knowledgeable. He takes pride in his business and is always making sure everyone is happy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, including the trainers. They have all the equipment you could want, including group classes. The hours are great, cost is extremely reasonable, and the other gym goers are cool too. I’m very happy to have found American Muscle!
