Great staff. Safety oriented and judge free. The owner was helping me out with my workout one morning because my coach couldn't make it. They also do classes on weekends but I've yet to attend.

Awesome gym! Staff is very helpful and the gym is well equipped. Definately worth a shot if you are looking for a local gym.

American Muscle and Fitness is a great experience for a the fitness buff and the person looking to begin their fitness journey. They have a tremendous mix of the classics: free weights and cardio; as well as newer fitness trends like yoga and cross fit. What a fabulous gym.....clean, smells good, friendly as could be....great programs and classes! Open early until late....great equipment....LOVE the Pound class, so fun. Yoga is so very cool....even for an old bag like me!!! ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER WOULD BE PROUD!!!!

I enjoy going to the gym because of the atmosphere. When I walk through those doors I feel like I'm walking into a family members house. Jason is always welcoming You with a Happy Greeting.Theres Absolutely NO JUDGING going on Here. YEESSS its CLEAN!! I have no problems doing push ups or sits ups anywhere in the gym. Jason, Thank you for making it easier for us to reach our goals.

Best gym around! Variety of equipment, turf, tires, free weights, classes and trainers if needed! Clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Great atmosphere!

Hands down the best gym in town. It’s a community when you walk in, always someone to say hi to and you feel like your missing out when you miss a day. Jason has gone above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and provide the best place to get your mind & body right. There’s a kids room for kids to play, watch tv, or do homework in while the parents workout, clean locker rooms with lockers for your stuff. Different classes throughout the week too to mix it up. I love it way better than other gyms I had memberships to.

Love this gym! Great atmosphere and staff. This is not just another gym - this is a place you WANT to go. Nice mix of high quality machines and plenty of space to get things done! Did I mention the indoor turf?! Amazing for taking a bootcamp class or taking out your aggression on a tire. The personal touches through the building really brings it all together. 💪🏻❤️
