Their policies directly conflict with what it takes to get into good shape. Taking sets to true failure is impossible when you can't make any noise or drop the weights. They put restrictions on the size of your water bottle making it necessary to walk back and forth to the fountain to refill which severely cuts into your workout time. They further discriminate by labeling such a person a "lunk" and publicly shame those they believe to be a lunk. Though this is apart of their business model which is to keep people on the hamster wheel never achieving real results. They are the Walmart of gyms, cheap, shiny, but ultimately poor quality.

I have never felt uncomfortable at any fitness place. I was yelled at by a staff member for bringing in my own bands. Yelled at for wearing a jacket with an inhaler in the pocket . I asked for a district manager to contact me and no one could provide this information to me. This is a huge legal issue by discriminating and saying one thing to one member and allowing others to wear flip flops and bring in their own equipment. Hugly disrespectful and unprofessional.

This gym has everything I need, very clean, staff is very polite. Lots of machines to use. Love the hydro massage beds, massage chairs and tanning beds. The staff really do well at keeping the gym neat and clean..

I joined for 10.00 dollar's a month so you would think a year would be 120.00 think again!! Then some crazy way my boyfriend owes for September and all the late charges so at the present total is 115.00 which should pay for the whole year so all you readers buyers be where it's not just 10.00 a month they have joining fees and a lot of extras . Join if you want but ask how much exactly what a year will cost you before you g in debt to get fit . Until next time. STEP UP !!! ha ha ha !

I’ve been a member for about 2yrs and before the pandemic the staff wasn’t really helpful but the recently hired employees have been a lot better. Wish they would open back up to 24/7 and provide classes or training sessions. I never got to do any and could really use some advice and instruction on what to do to get resultsUpdate: since posting this review the GM emailed me explaining in further detail the change to hrs. My club has also began offering classes like the 30 minute circuit again and the staff are much more knowledgeable. They’ve made great improvement since I first reviewed them. I would recommend them to friends and family. Today I have sent recommendations to 3 friends and plan to continue to recommend PF.Thanks PF for carrying about your members so much🙏

Nice, good size location. I’m a cross country truck driver so it’s always very much appreciated when we can park our truck and aloud to get some exercise and a shower. Plenty of parking and nobody messes with you, very thankful!!

I visited the gym 6/4/22 at 6pm, the gym closes at 7pm. I’m a semi truck driver and I visit PFs nationwide. Here is my take:*note, there were two staff members present that evening, a lady and a young man.1- The gym was clean and well stocked for the most part, however the dumbbells only went up to 60lbs… please invest in at least one set of 65s, 70s, and 75s in the near future.2- at 7pm sharp I was asked to leave by the young man because: “we’re trying to get out of here” I was NOT ALLOWED TO SHOWER while they were closing. 5-10mins would have made a world of difference for me, but I guess it was too much to ask.

This is my favorite Planet Fitness to workout at from all that I've been too. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, it's never crowded, and the patrons are all there for the same purpose so you never feel judged or out of place.

Great gym at a great value. Tanning and massage chairs included. The staff is great and super friendly. The entire place is extremely clean. The only bad thing is the hours. It closes way too early and tanning closes even earlier.

I've never been to planet fitness before now, I absolutely love the 30 min workout room. I've had bariatric surgery so I can't spend hours working out like the average person so this is perfect for me.
