Worst gym experience of my lifeTried to get in contact with the location manager, the assistant manager and even the district manager...none of my calls or emails were returned. All I wanted was to know why we were told we could use certain membership features if it wasn't allowed in the first place. Because I was told if I upgraded my guest could use other areas of the gym but it wasn't true... I never would've upgraded if I had been told the truth to begin with

If you are looking to get into shape(tone)and lose a couple pounds and feel insecure with thinking that people are judging you. This is the place. If you are not interested in being sociable. Then this is a fit. If you are intimidated by the size of another person's water bottle. Then this is your spot. If The Color Purple enhances your comfort level. Then this is a must. If you're looking for a free weights, upscale equipment or dumbbells heavier than 60 lbs and the clientele who views Fitness as a lifestyle. Then save your $10! Remember you are going to get what you pay for. And you only get out as much as you put in!

This is the worst planet fitness I have ever been to. While the facility is relatively clean, the staff provides a very negative experience to their members. I can’t say every one of them but management in general practices and speaks to members very unethically. Multiple members have had issues with staff and it’s actually pretty sad. We pay and go to the gym to stay healthy and get release from life. Just being at that gym in general is more stress than anyone deserves. I tried to make my complaints to the corporate office in hopes to avoid altercation but that did not work. This company is all about money and not the moral or ethical satisfaction of their consumers. Avoid the Hawkins Plaza location of planet fitness if you can get any means. Save yourself the time and money and choose another PF location, IF ANY.P.S. The general manager at this location is the worst. If you can an issue don’t even bother bringing it to her attention, just leave and call corporate. TRUST ME

Been going for two months now. Never too busy. It's pretty clean !!! The 30 minute express is my favorite workout, however peeps keep coming to the 30 minute area and work out just on one machine or two and hold up our rotation. Frustrating. The next time it happens I will speak with someone . The staff is friendly except for one women. We all just try to avoid her.

Can you rate a place with no stars? As an out of town guest, all Planet Fitness facilities are the same, who represents this facility is what my review is based on. Rude, unorganized and ignorant are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind. This isn't just one shift either, I've been here several times over the last several months when I'm in town and each time staff seems to get worse. I guess a 21.99 dollar fee a month gets you a 21.99 dollar experience in a low standard facility. Yay management! Good job!!!

This is by far my favorite planet fitness i’ve been to. It’s always kept very clean in the locker rooms and the workout area.

My place to go get fit not only that, the gym is awesome and the staff is helpful and caring. And I love the chocolate toosie rolls even the grape ones taste sooo good I always come back for more!

This location has all your needs. Solon's PF has a better layout with the machinary, but that's really not significant. Only has 1 standup tanning bed so there tends to be a wait for it, but a handful of laydowns. The standup kicks ass though. I'd guess it has new bulbs. This place features the total body enhancment room. Their hydromassages are chairs, not beds. That's cool. Friendly staff, and overall laid back. The music is different with a meditative style gerne in the black card area. The lobby where the couch and TV are in that section look nice. You really can't go wrong choosing this one.

Standard PF layout. Its clean and has lots of space inside. Easy parking. Took 1 star off because they dont go to 75 lbs on dumbbells. The new location west of here has 75s but a worse gym layout/parking lot.Id say go to this one if you dont plan to use 75s and its closer. Otherwise its a toss up.

There is literally a bazillion machines for you to use in here so you never have to wait. Lots of stretching machines as well great for people rehabbing a injury or just want some form of exercise. Membership is 10 bucks a month. or 40-50 if you want the black card that lets you into and Planet Fitness in the country or use their tanning and massage chairs.
