Can't say enough good things about this place. Creative workouts (we never do the same thing twice), friendly clients and awesome trainers. During the early stages of the pandemic, owner Shawn Huber made additional investments so we could safely have classes outside. As it got colder, he did what he had to do to ensure it was safe to hold classes indoor. The gym is exceptionally clean and well spaced out so while you get a great workout, you feel safe doing it. If you are looking for a place that will challenge you and also provide a fun and friendly place to workout, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

There are many options in the Capital Region when it comes to workout facilities and 4 Pillar is at the top of the list. The trainers are experienced in many areas of fitness and can work with anyone regardless of ability levels or injury restrictions, helping everyone get towards their goals. The workouts are fun but challenging and not one class has ever been the same. If you're thinking about joining a gym, do yourself a favor and check out 4 Pillar.

Exactly what the 518 needed! A perfect blend of fitness, family and community. 4 Pillar has only been open a short time, but has already made lasting impact on the Albany area. First off the facility is absolutely beautiful, clean and open. 2 floors of training area and tons of equipment. I can’t say enough about Shawn the main trainer. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about everything fitness. No matter what your goals, age or background is this place is for everyone.

Shawn and Bree are hands down the best trainers!! Not only are they challenging (get ready!) but most importantly, they are creative in what they do so every workout is different. I can't recommend 4 Pillar enough because it truly is an out of this world experience!!
