Shawn and his team are the best! I've gone to many gym's and this is the only one that motivates and pushes my limits every time. Each workout is always fun and challenging! A true fitness family!

Amazing facility and even more amazing trainers. They are definitely dedicated to the success of their clients. My favorite are the classes. You are in a group setting but still feel like you're getting personalized attention for your needs. Then, before you know it class is over and you're covered in sweat. Thank goodness they have showers!! Definitely a must if you are looking for a new, refreshing addition to your routine!

4 pillar fitness is clearly the best fitness gym in the area. I think the best way to describe it is that it feels like home. There is a significant variation in fitness ability but as a 66 year old woman I am never made to feel different than the younger crowd who are stronger and more fit. Bree and Shawn are knowledgeable and attentive. The clients are inclusive and friendly. I feel like I have made life time friends. I have been to many gyms in my lifetime and I can honestly say nothing compares to 4 pillar fitness.

I was referred Shawn and Bree by a friend of mine and I am so happy that I made the decision to join this gym. Shawn amd Bree are such great instructors, they not only get you into great shape but they also work with you invidually on areas that you might need more attention or more help even during group sessions.Their attention to detail to every client shows that they care about their clients. There is always a great atmosphere every time I walk into the gym.The gym is very clean and you can see that they go out of their way to ensure everything is spotless. The bathrooms and showers are always clean.Check it out, you will not be disappointed.
