Had a great first experience trying aerial yoga here! Emily was our instructor and she did a fantastic job explaining everything well and providing modifications to suite everyone. I will definitely be back!

Can't recommend this place enough! Been going for 2 months now and I've learned so much. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and welcoming. They're especially good at adapting to different levels of experience in a class, and the studio is beautiful!

I was looking for a way to keep fit while still staying safe and socially distanced. Good Karma Studio was the perfect fit! I wanted semi-private outdoor lessons for myself and my partner, and they customized the lessons for our needs. Our first lesson was amazing, so we decided to purchase a 6 lesson package. Our yoga routine was modified so we each learned comfortable ways to move, while improving stretching and strength. After a month of lessons, I definitely notice feeling better movement all around in my body. I would highly recommend Good Karma Studios to anyone interested in yoga - they are a delight to work with!

This place is amazing. The instructors are positive and helpful, and they truly help you achieve things you might not think you can do! Very small class sizes which is perfect. Give it one session and I promise you'll want to go back.

I take the Deep Stretch Aerial class once a week. I have increased my flexibility quite a bit in just 2 months. My back pain has decreased and it is FUN!
