I love working out at IBX! Not only are the workouts great for all levels, but I've never been to a more welcoming gym. Being new to the area and working from home, it's so great to feel like I have a community.

Two year member and still leave every class feeling great! The IBX classes are thoughtfully designed to focus on specific body parts, and every class has different movements. It keeps me active and never gets boring! The coaches are really lovely; Ian, Evee, and Meghan always bring good vibes, and give helpful adjustments to maximize the work out while protecting my alignment. I have been sporty my whole life, but at 42 I am the strongest I have ever been, thanks in part to making IBX part of my healthy routine. Thanks ya'll!

Megan and Ian are fantastic coaches. They are positive, upbeat, and overall great people.The fitness programs are very fulfilling and work every part of the body. The classes are well paced, challenging and fun. A five star business for sure!

IBX is a gem! I started working out here months ago and am more and more grateful for them all the time. The instructors are all welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable, and are great at meeting you where you're at while still encouraging you to challenge yourself. They're super responsive to any requests and have great straightforward communication about all aspects of joining and being a member of IBX. The community is very low-key and it's a great atmosphere for someone like me who doesn't consider myself a "gym rat" but still loves having somewhere to go outside my home to work out. I haven't taken advantage of them yet but they even offer a lot of community events that look fun. It's been a fantastic place to regain my fitness level after years post-partum and I'm so grateful that I joined!

Have you ever signed up for a group fitness class that made you actually miss it when you can't attend due to other obligations? I'm pleased to say working out is no longer a chore, and that is thanks to IBX!I have been attending IBX for almost 6 months, 3 times a week to build strength and help manage my stress with exercise. It is so conveniently located on San Pablo street with plenty of parking. Inside, the equipment —comprising of weights (called "torpedoes", you'll never look at dumbbells the same again), mats, resistance bands, jump ropes, and exercise boxes — is easily accessible, clean, and offers a range for all strength levels.I never have to think about what my workout is going to be because IBX changes the themes and movements each week. No "Upper body Wednesdays" or "Lower body Fridays", you can still get a well-rounded and heart-pumping workout even if you miss a day.The 50 mins of class go by quickly, and there is a routine flow: warm up, Iron Flow, strength training, cardio, and cooldown / stretching. The other members are friendly and thanks to the small class size (up to 16 people), the coaches are able to give you some personal training tips too like form corrections and helping you choose weights.I think the membership price is fair and competitive to other gyms, plus it's cheaper than therapy! And you're supporting a locally-owned small business! Win-win!All in all, if you're looking for more fitness in your life but don't want to lift a finger when it comes to planning your workout and getting your equipment, then get your IBX membership today!

Super friendly and welcoming staff! Also the trainer called out my pushup form and when I checked with my PT, they agreed. Turns out I'd been doing pushups incorrectly my whole life, I'm thankful that the trainer here paid attention to my form.

They bring the high energy every class, every time! great place to work every part of your body in connected ways. Some days are sweatier than others, but it's always great way to get holistic fitness. Most impressive is how much personalized attention the small staff gives to its growing membership.

I love IBX. It's such a great intersection of group exercise and almost having a personal trainer. Both Evee & Ian take the time to get to know you and assess what sort of movements make the most sense for your body's needs and ability, and also where you want to be. They're also really great when it comes to gently nudging you when it's time to bump up to the next weight to keep things challenging. The classes are always dynamic and fun, and variable. I've been going for a little over a month and do not regret this decision one bit. I feel more energized and stronger and always look forward to my next class! Oh, and they have great playlists for you to workout to as well!

I highly recommend IBX! I've been going regularly for about a year now, and it's something I look forward to in my day. The workouts are effective -- I feel challenged and am getting stronger and more fit. The class size is perfect -- it's not overwhelmingly big and so you get the individual attention necessary to make sure you are doing the workouts correctly. And the overall atmosphere is very warm and welcoming -- the coaches are really nice and they put on events outside the regular workout classes to build community among the members and the larger community.I also want to highlight how the IBX coaches helped me remain active during my pregnancy. They were very accommodating, providing me with pregnancy-safe workouts during class and tips/advice on what to do outside of class to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Each class I was provided with modifications that were appropriate for whatever stage of pregnancy I was in, and I appreciated the time they spent in educating themselves and creating individual workouts for me. Overall, I'm so glad I continued working out at IBX throughout my pregnancy (and that they were so helpful about it!) -- it resulted in me having a healthier pregnancy, quicker labor and delivery, and easier postpartum recovery. Thank you, IBX, for making us healthier (and therefore, happier), no matter what stage of life we're in!
