I’ve worked with Maile a few times and she’s fantastic. She really understands bodies and knows great ways to stretch them! She’s super friendly too.I checked out Stretch Lab today and had a great experience with Jade. She explained what she was doing and really listened when I talked. I felt loosened up after the stretches. Trying out a 3-month program to continue working on alleviating my muscle pain.

Albany Stretch Lab. Tyson gave me my initial 50 minute stretch and it did wonders for my hips and hamstrings. Knowledgeable, friendly and took great care to address any additional physical problems I may have came in with. Since then I have been back for another 25 min session and will be a regular. Mary at the front desk is very professional and friendly and I appreciate the time she added to my package.

I have only been seeing David for a few weeks, but he has helped me increase my flexibility and mobility tremendously in a short time. His knowledge and "chill" vibe combine for a wonderful experience. While I don't want too many people to know how wonderful he is so I can have him to myself, he is too good to keep a secret.

Gulia’s approach is like that of a healer. And I feel the positive effects of the session immediately. We just started working together so I’m looking forward to real transformation in my experience of my physical body as well as my mind body connection. I’ll update this review in a month. I REALLY enjoy Ina’s technique and service as well - just sayin ;D

Luke has helped me significantly with my thoracic outlet syndrome in a way that nobody has been able to for the last 4 years. While the upfront cost is high, the per session cost is cheaper than massage and gave me some real relief!

I have been going to Stretch Lab since the pandemic. They solved my knee problems, I can go in feeling tired and come out rejuvenated. Best money spent. Giulia has amazing hands. She works you over, but you don't walk out sore.

My stretch lab with David and Ina have been fantastic. My body is more flexible and my gate for jogging and agility has improved tremendously, thanks to Ina and David. And Mel keeps me on target with my appts any changes in my schedule. I could not ask for a better team!!!

My experience with Giulia was great. She carefully guided me through each stretch and the purpose behind it. She was very conscious with my range of motion at all times and would offer suggestions how I could continue stretching efforts at home. Her personality and professionalism made my experience very enjoyable.

Ina is professional and attentive to your goals and needs. She shares stretches to do on your own as maintenance and is a true master at her craft not to mention every friendly and respectful. I appreciate her calm and measured demeanor.I have enjoyed working on my flexibility and mobility at StretchLab however I found it requires more than 2 50min sessions a month to see sustainable results. Additionally, it can be difficult to secure appointments especially recently as more customers join so important to schedule and plan well ahead.
