I’ve always struggled with maintaining a workout routine until I discovered Orangetheory fitness! I’ve been going strong with 8 classes a month for the last year. I love the combination of different workouts and the motivation from the coaches and peers. The science behind it is really cool so you can track your heart rate and calorie burning. I particularly love the Albany location! The front desk folks including Ana, Kristina, Justin, Ashley, Noah, Summer and Omari are so wonderful. And all the coaches particularly Jazon, Allie and Mikey are so much fun to work out with! I’ve already recruited 3 friends to this location and I consider myself to be the unofficial spokesperson for OTF. Thank you!

If you’ve been thinking about joining OTF for months (like me), just do it!!The staff and coaches are amazing, and go above and beyond to accommodate to each person’s unique needs.I have never visited another OTF club, but I don’t feel the need, I’m very comfy and happy here :-)

I'm an OT addict. I'll admit it. Started with the free class in January and go at least 4 days a week, everyday if I can carve out time. The crew at the Albany/Solano branch are welcoming and efficient, the coaches pro and enthusiastic and the hour workouts go by so quickly you only know you've gone hard when you realize how sweaty you are.

Best place to get in shape and have fun at the same time. The staff is friendly and full of motivation. The coaches are knowledgeable and hyphy, the music and mood get you going even if you’re not feeling it.

Love OTF Solano. Coaches are awesome and always help me pull through the hour when I’m not feeling it. Front desk staff knows everyone’s name so that adds a personal touch. Come join in on the fun, you will love it!!!!

I LOVE Orangetheory! The Albany location is easily one of my favorites. Try and take a class with Mikey, he’ll keep the energy high so you don’t gas out. Or Jazon! If you’re not sure about proper form, he’ll def get you right!

I had my 5th class and my butt muscles are complaining today but I’m hooked. Being a morning person the 6:15 classes fit my schedule. The coaches are great and the other class members are so encouraging with air 5 highs. I can’t keep up with the others and the coaches suggest modifications for the “old lady”.

Let me first start by saying that I am not a gym rat and I normally do NOT like working out. That said…this Gym is starting to change my life! The format/method is not only flexible and doable, but it challenges you and gives you endurance …
