Great trainers and facility! Workouts change continuously so whether you are a long-timer or a first-timer, everyone is on a level playing field and the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. I love the group sessions, but I see plenty of regulars who prefer one-on-one sessions. Introduction of new equipment and sunsetting or replacement of old equipment happens on a regular basis. I highly recommend The AthLab!

I have been at AthLab for over a year now and both Jon And Joe have been very supportive of my fitness journey. They focus on my overall fitness both mental and physical. The Gym is neatly maintained and they cater to everyone's age any heath. The gym is neatly maintained the the equipment is excellent. I highly recommend the AthLab.

I love this community! All trainers are motivating and fun to workout with! Group classes will challenge you and make achieving your goals a reality! I moved to Troy from NYC and needed a hobby to keep me busy. I signed up for weekly personal training with Joe and it was the best decision I made. He was extremely attentive and accommodating to my fitness and scheduling needs as I was required to travel to and from NYC some weeks. If I wanted to learn a new workout that I saw online, he would find a way to incorporate it into my session. The gym itself was clean and never too busy, which made solo training less intimidating and more fun. This experience was definitely the highlight of my time spent in Troy, and I would recommend it to everyone, regardless of your fitness goals.

Felt like I was at a standstill with my workouts and being frustrated with making goals at other gyms. That changed when I discovered Athlab. If you had told me a year ago that I’d be going to the gym multiple days a week and enjoying it, I would’ve called you a liar. Joining The Athlab has absolutely changed my perspective on being physically active and challenging myself. The 6:45AM energize classes get my day started off right and I really like that every class has a different challenging workout (and usually a great playlist too). I have some pretty significant issues with my knee and Max is always prepared to give me a modification that still challenges me but doesn’t put me at risk of injury.Every person I’ve come in contact with at The Athlab has been friendly, kind, and supportive. I’ve seen more progress with my physical fitness in the three months of attending classes and doing workouts at The Athlab than I ever have being a member of a franchised gym.The individual attention that you get and the customized modifications are two great highlights of the membership, but I also love that the building is always clean and there is plenty of equipment for all skill levels.If you’re just starting on a fitness journey The Athlab is the perfect place to start. If you’re already comfortable in a gym environment The Athlab is well equipped and ready to help you continue to meet your goals. Come and try a class, you won’t be sorry!

I absolutely Love the set up and atmosphere inside this gym. The equipment set up makes it extremely versatile, making it ideal for the beginner to the athlete to train here. Anybody looking for a change or a gym to train at, I would highly recommend coming in for a visit.
