My experience with Body and Brain is an ongoing transformation, in my personal and spiritual journey. My transition has been positive and the motivation from my Wongangnim has been great! I will continue my healing journey with the Body and Brain staff. They are the best!

I love Body and Brain Yoga and Tai Chi! In less than 6 weeks I was able to get up and down off the floor unassisted- something I hadn’t been able to do in years. My blood pressure returned to normal! I sleep through the night! And I was able to cancel my shoulder replacement surgery! I have more energy, strength and endurance than I’ve had in years. My husband says I have gotten my sparkle back!

Body & Body has been a great learning experience, for me. I have been able to breath better and relax. My sleep has improved. Having yoga classes with Master Daehan, have shown me to calm my busy mind and strength my body. I have already lost 15 pounds. If you have never done Body and Brain. I highly recommend it, it will change your life.

My body was damaged after I retired from the military and had several surgeries to feel better and be able to walk or other activities for my daily life. I am very thankful taking yoga. After several lessons I learned to identify my pain and heal them. I can stretch better and I know I can get better is a matter of determination, focus and the positive results that I have from my body and each time I finished my yoga class I feel like a champion! I love it!

I was invited to an introductory class at Cottonwood Body & Brain center by a friend. It was a life changing experience for me. I had been searching for a place where I could gain knowledge about myself, my body and my brain. I didn’t hesitate on signing up.I suffered a knee injury several years ago, and had difficulty walking, climbing stairs , getting in or out of a chair, or just bending my knee without pain. Through attending Tai Chi and Qi Dong classes regularly, I have gained my strength, balance, and flexibility, not only in my knee, but my entire body. My knee pain has reduced significantly and sometimes it doesn’t hurt at all. I know that continuing my practice will aid my healing as well as prevent future injuries. Body & Brain has helped me to heal myself physically, emotionally and spiritually. I’m truly grateful!

I found Body and Brain at a time when I desperately needed help managing my anxiety. The workouts are all encompassing and include body, mind and spirit. Exercises are focused on your breathing, healing, and body awareness. The masters are very good and provide excellent services. Body and Brain helps you become more relaxed, learn to manage your stress and anxiety and clear any stagnant energy out of your body that could be keeping you from feeling your very best. If you’ve been looking for a way to clear your brain fog and feel more connected to your body and self than this is the place for you.

I have been taking classes at Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi for approximately one month. In that short time I have experienced a significant decrease in stress. My body is more relaxed, i.e. I don't have tight tense shoulders from working on a computer. My physical strength has also improved, as has my general emotional well being. I am now smiling everyday instead of just occasionally. The staff is encouraging, happy, smiling, and very full of energy. The classes are fun, energizing, and never routine. I love the access to an abundance of in-person and online classes. There is always a class that works with my schedule, and I can always make adjustments to adjust to my skill level. Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a step above in all aspects of providing an avenue for everyone to take ownership of our personal care with success and satisfaction.

I am truly enjoying my experience at Body & Brain Cottonwood. Master Daehan is an amazing teacher who is teaching me QiGong in a very thoughtful manner which I understand and have been able to apply to my daily life. I am also learning the practice of meditation which has been an important experience for me. I strongly recommend this studio. Five stars! 💗🙏🏽💛

Master Dan is great, he’s powerful, fun and light hearted. Their classes here combine physical exercises with energy/breathing awareness which has been extremely helpful in getting grounded into the body. This helps with overthinking, anxiety, and connecting with the self. I’ve done many types of classes, had many teachers of yoga, and this is the first that constantly emphasizes the importance of energy awareness. They wrap science, the physical body, and energy in perfect bites that are easily understandable and easy to integrate and remember. You’re exercising while learning and enhancing your inner well being. Plus, the teachers live and breathe the teachings and are great examples, their hearts are fully devoted to the students and their success - they’re eager to help the students because of how much Body and Brain has helped them and because they truly stand with B&Bs mission. If you’re looking for an exercise class, choose this place - you will get much more than just exercise!
