Very laid back environment accommodating a vast variety of equipment, training facilities, and classes. Also appeals to a good mix of people using the gym. Well thought out floor plan. Staff at the front desk are always helpful, friendly, and available to assist and answer questions. Prices are very fair given the competition.

This gym is so much cleaner and nicer than the other location. Staff had always been super nice and helpful. Lockers rooms are clean and don’t smell. You actually see the staff cleaning and wiping down the equipment and not there just to look pretty.

Great, clean and energetic atmosphere with so much to offer. They have Team Training, Group X classes, hot yoga and pilates, a pool, Kid's club and hydromassage. The best gym in town!

Stream room, hot room, pool, spa, great gym equipment , hydro… you guys have it all. Never a dull day. I recently, couldn’t find my gym bag and the staff was very professional and helpful me look for it. We found it!

Very impressed with this gym, coming from a 24 Hr fitness in San Diego California as my main gym, this place is unbelievably clean. All of the equipment is in working order, bathrooms and gym floor are tidy. I also really appreciate the friendliness of the patrons. Each time I have been to this gym people hold the door open for each other as well as wait their turn for machines. May consider the switch the Chuze back home.

New staff are not friendly and the place is going downhill. They also do not provide soap in the showers anymore. Staff act like they are inconvenienced when you ask for assistance checking in. Isn't it your job to work? I work 40 hours a week doing stressful work.You're fortunate just to have a job. Stop being arrogant and appreciate your job.

Staff caters to themselves more than their customers, this usually stems from poor management (no meetings of any substance).If you report equipment malfunctioning repeatedly for over a month they will NOT jump out of there seat (except for a girl named Pijou) she is awesome. They also will Close tanning equipment down 30mins or more before closing so they can get out earlier. If your open your open, this is not the restaurant industry. I just miss customer service and good management I guess.

The gym and equipment is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the staff are always friendly. I’ve been to other gyms in other cities and states and none have been as clean, well maintained or have staff as friendly. Keep up the great work Chuze!

The staff is amazing and helpful! The gym is nice and clean (locker rooms could use a little more attention). I love the circuit machines! Love the classes and the sauna/steam room. Overall I've just had a great experience.I tell all of my people, whom are looking for a gym, that Chuze is the one they'll choose 😉.
